I had my Samsung S9 covered in Inverness Scotland at a cost of £45. After 3 weeks the sides peeled away, took it to the Trafford centre in Manchester and paid another £12 to have it redone, a week later had to take it back to get redone under the 14 day warranty. This time it lasted 4 weeks and the sides peeled away and a week later the front started peeling and now expected to pay another £12 to get it redone!! That would take it to £69!! I am going back to a normal cover and screen guard !! Total waste of money!!

I took my brand new Iphone 8 to The Mobile Outfitters stall in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent (which I believe is now closed down) as I am a person who drops my phone quite a lot and had seen the stall numerous times and its promise to provide a front and back 'clear-coat' for your phone. I was a little put off by the price of £50 but I was convinced it was worth it by two men working on the stall (one with an ear stretcher, who I believe was the manager), I left my phone there and was told to come back in half an hour which I did. I collected my phone, went to make a phone call and discovered I could not actually hear anything and on closer inspection I saw they had stuck the 'clear-coat' over the speaker of my phone. I returned back to the stall and explained to them by phone was not working and I couldn't hear anything. Instead of understanding my problem the manager said to me "how do we know the speaker wasn't working before" and continued to say it was nothing to do with the clear-coat when I know for sure my speaker was working before because it was a brand new phone. At this point I was getting tired with both the manager and the other employee both talking at me, telling me I'm wrong, its nothing to do with the clear-coat etc and getting quite rude and not telling me the truth when I asked them if they had sprayed anything on my phone to which they both assured me they hadn't yet I could see a bottle behind the till. They finally gave me a refund, took the clear-coat off my phone. Once the clear-coat came off the sound on my phone returned a while later even though it was "nothing to do with the clear-coat" and I took my phone to Apple to ensure there was no damage to the speaker which luckily there wasn't. Overall I am VERY unhappy with the service I received - not only did this cause my phone to not work, to then have near enough a shouting match with 2 grown men when I am a 22 year old girl I think is completely outrageous. Nowonder the stall is now closed down if this is how they treat people.

Very bad service in lebanon! I made the cover 3 days ago and since then everytime i make a call it is yanking out my hair! Even by touching you feel the bad sticking case! Expensive for nothing

Mis sold product, coat started peeling just after 2 weeks, life time guarantee means only 2 weeks therefore wouldn't replace when I went back to stall...stay away...con artists..they don't have a phone number and no one replies to you online query!!!

Had my iPhone 7 done at Intu Watford was told it had a life time warranty so I paid £45 within less than three weeks it started to peel i took it back to mobile outfitters only to be told I had to pay £12 pounds to repair it i refused to pay it as they obviously didn’t do the work properly emailed mobile outfitters uk a couple of times with no reply. Terrible workmanship and customer service Do not recommend

I bought protection for two phones and six months later, in two cases, in the same place, the material began to peel off. This is a clear manufacturing defect, but the replacement is paid. Does that mean I have to pay twice a year?! In addition, the most expensive film is full of scratches after six months. Definitely I cannot recommend this manufacturer.

It might be good protection for the screen, but it I dont like the look of the screen, so I think I will remove the one on the screen, and just use the one on the backside.

I bought the complete system for £100.00 for my grandson’s phone which came with a lifetime guarantee. ( I’m from Glasgow in Scotland) It has all came apart within 6 months. The front cover fell off and got lost. The original fitters have refused to replace as the front cover is missing. We contacted head office in the UK who offered me 15% off a new purchase!!! Absolutely Not. I would like this replaced or renewed. I am absolutely shocked that paying £100.00 for lifetime guarantee, where it all falls apart and the front cover falls off after 6 months, I am virtually told “too bad, so sad, go away”. Don’t order from this place. Bought a fusion one for the front and a clear for back. Front one scratched in days and the back is all over the place. And it’s non refundable so I can’t even get my money back. After emailing them for 2 weeks, they ignored for a whole week. Go with a glass screen protector instead. The uk ones aren’t giving me a refund either.

I received the XS fusion bumper and fusion screens. I love the way the bumper keeps the phone safe and secure, but at the same time does not make it bulky. It allows it easy access to all the phones functions. The front and back screen protector allows prevention of scratches and screen breaking so far. I truly love these products.

I only have a front screen as i have a good protective case already, the screen is awesome, im using it over a year, purchased it in Austria, not a scratch and im no gentle user, unfortunately dropping it too often :/ Yet it looks like brand new. New shop just opened in Serbia, my husband got back, front + bumper for his phone, we are very happy returning customers for all our family devices. Keep up!

Strongly advise against this company, had two fones done, my husband's screen smashed and my cover peeled off In no time, returned them twice too no avail as there was no manager available and basically staff couldn't care less, one even commenting about yet another complaint about the product, £90 wasted on a product not fit for purpose.

Been back twice with my phone , keeps peeling off and doesn’t work. Staff were rude and asked for £12 pound to be paid to replace a faulty product. Rip off, don’t fall for it.

Terrible product. Began peeling after a couple of days. I sent a complaint email but they didn't reply for 3 weeks, meaning I could no longer get a free replacement. They are then demanding that I go into a store which is miles away and would cost me stupid amounts in transport. Don't use them...

I purchased the product on the 3rd September 2017 the following morning the product came off the first chance I had to return with the product was 9th September 2017 were I asked for a full refund of £55 under the consumer act 2015 because I feel the product was unfit for purpose only to be told I can't have a refund even though that's against the law. I have since sent several emails and even had a conversation with someone from clearcoat, I also have a couple of reply emails from them 1 saying they would be happy giving me a refund yet now they are ignoring all my correspondence to try and resolve this issue. I am more than happy to take this further if I need to even court if that's the only option I am left with. It's not about the money its the principle I no longer have the product on my phone and £55 worse off

Mobile Outfitters in Lenox Mall in Atlanta is a Fraud. They don't stand behind the wonderful Lifetime guarantee thats proudly promoted on Mobile Outfitters website. We've had nothing but a horrible experience. First, we were told to get the full wrap; within 48 hours it was peeling. Apparently the person who installed it did a shotty job. The second installation resulted in a broken screen on my phone after it was dropped. After discussing with The Atlanta (Lenox Mall location) they refused to honor heir warranty and instead gave me reasons why they couldn't and didn't stand behind their promise. #Fraud
