“I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the privacy screen protector I am currently using. I have been a long-time user of your mobile covers and accessories, and I have always been satisfied with the quality and service. Recently, I started using your privacy screen protector; however, I have noticed that scratches begin to appear on the screen within just one week of use. Due to this, I find myself needing to visit the store frequently to replace the screen protector, which has become quite inconvenient over time. I would like to clarify that the staff at your outlet are very friendly, helpful, and professional, and I truly appreciate their support. My concern is purely regarding the durability of the screen protector, as I am experiencing frequent and excessive scratches. I wanted to share this feedback with you in the hope that the issue can be reviewed or an alternative solution can be suggested. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Outfitter. I came to the branch on Thursday to replace the full protection for my phone and install protection for my smartwatch. I had previously installed the full protection set from Outfitter, and it’s already recorded in your system with the original invoice. While travelling abroad, I was forced to remove the front screen protector because it had become extremely worn out and looked terrible after only a few months. I eventually lost it. Since I travel frequently, I installed a temporary screen that lasted over a year until I finally had time to come back to your store. Despite all of this, and despite having my purchase clearly registered in your system, your staff refused to replace the front screen protector under warranty simply because it was lost. This makes zero sense, especially when the whole point of your “guarantee” is to support the customer when protection fails. I was ready to replace the entire phone protection again and install a new one for my watch, yet I was treated as if my loyalty and previous purchases didn’t matter at all. This is not customer service. It’s a refusal to stand behind your own product and warranty. Very disappointing, and I genuinely expected much better from a brand like Outfitter. “I liked the screen protector because i dint get any proper one for my phone as it had curved screen. only downside is the number of branches in chennai has decreased and its hard to find them. and i called the last available outlet from the website wich is Forum Vijaya mall Chennai ,TN, INDIA. The person who spoke in a rude manner, when i asked for the location.”

“Very bad experience. Dont try this bez my phone was broken and also this product didnt last log time its changed three times in jest 3 month, they also charge 900 rupees there service charge. This is not a life time warranty product bez they charge a huge amount in the name of service charge. Plzz plzz dont buy”
