“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your store regarding the installation of a screen protector on my new iPhone. After paying 150 AED for the screen protector, I noticed visible bubbles and fingerprint marks immediately after it was applied. When I pointed this out, I was told that the marks and bubbles would disappear with time. However, it has been some time now, and they are still clearly visible, affecting the overall look and usability of my new phone. Considering the amount I paid, I expected a professional and flawless installation. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and instead of offering to replace or properly fix it, I was simply told to wait. This has left me very dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I kindly request a resolution to this matter, either by having the screen protector properly reapplied/replaced at no extra cost or by receiving a refund. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.”

“Good day The staff at Samsung only informed us about the fee after we paid for the product which was very manipulative. The screen protector itself gets micro granuals stuck in it. I sent my phone in to change the charging port only to get home to Find out it's still faulty now when I go back to Samsung they will pull the fusion out and I'll have to pay for it. I don't think that's fair.”

“When it is put on correctly by the phone dealer the fusion screen protector is a great deal if not only protects your screen but it's easy to keep clean and keep wiped down luckily I haven't and hopefully never will have a chance to test out the protection level. 😁 Just gives me peace of mind to know it's there.”
