“It is a waste of money they charge you a bomb I paid AED 260 and ad says it’s army protection 360 degree protection but actually it’s a thin plastic they coat and just scratch proof if ur phone falls it doesn’t protect in anyway it’s better to have a screen protector from a small mobile shop dats even worth it .Customer service sucks at Sahara centre the lady over there is rude as I got to replace the cover to another mobile they said it can be done only on the same mobile if the mobile is broken it’s obvious we will buy a new phone and may not the same series this lady said yu read terms and conditions before buying it . A total loss for me and not worth it just check the pic below they also dint agreee to give me a replacement which was under warranty.”

“The service was not done up to mark, I went again to get it done and even though I was the first customer in line, it took more than one hour and 3 attempts to finally get it done right as all the staff is not well trained enough to do the job. One guy took one hour and 3 attempts on my phone where as the other guy finished 3 phones in one hour. This is highly ineffective and frustrating and as a consumer who is first in line, I do not expect to wait for one hour!”
