“Lifetime warranty on what? My phone broke as soon as I fell on the ground, I told you this and said we are not responsible!!!! When I replace the product from you, I always pay an amount and capacity, why? Is the amount you paid at the start of the warranty not enough? Really, this is the last time I will exchange it from you, thank you for your service that has never benefited me”
