“I would just like to complain about my purchase on mobile outfitter. I was very disappointed. I purchased the fusion protector and the bumper case for iphone 12, i was easily attracted by the inclusion of a “lifetime warranty”, but now that i am planning to upgrade to an iphone 13 pro, and still i would like to use my existing purchase/lifetime warranty in your shop, the employee said its not possible. How come its not possible? We were not informed about this. That if we would change our phone we can no longer use our “existing lifetime warranty”. We had two purchased of mobile outfitter fusion on your company and we also want to make use of the same benefit to our new phone. But they cannot give us any solution about this concern. If they could have informed us that we cannot use anymore the “lifetime warranty” to our new upgraded phones, we will not avail this offer.”
