“I used a screen guard from Mobile Outfitters in Festival City, Dubai for the first time for my I watch and I phone and was very satisfied with the quality. The product lasted me quite a while until I started using their services at Ibn Batuta Mall. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!! The screen guard started peeling off 2 weeks after, and thought I give them the benefit of the doubt and went there again and the same thing happened, the screen guard peeled off in about 2 weeks. I spoke to the supervisor there who was extremely defensive and was not helpful at all! I will never use the services again, the company needs to look into producing quality products and keep it consistent. You also need to train your staff to be more helpful and not just give me a phone number and ask me to call and complain.”
