“Hi Support Hope this review find you well This is Faisal AG based in UAE. and I am one of your customer who really likes your product to keep my devices safe and last longer, however I have a very bad experience with the apple watch screen and body laminating cover as I am always replacing the same almost every month due to either wrong on the installation or wrong on designing shape of the edges, as you can see from the attached pictures that the sticker is keep coming out of the edges, which is I am keeping informing the same to your team but not sure if the message is getting transfer to the concern department To be really honest I got tired of keep visiting the shop and replacing the same and waiting for some time till the unit is getting ready, I have replaced my apple watch cover almost a month ago and it came out due to same issue as you can see in the picture named as (old 1 and old 2) and I have visited the shop again to replace the full cover on Saturday April 24, 2021 mid day and the same start to peel off (see image name New 1 and New 2) so I am going to visit the shop one more time to replace the same, whoever I would like to know till when I will keep facing the same issue?!!, I know it will be replaced now free of charge since it is within the 15 days of the test duration, however this is not a practical solution, there should be a better way of solving this issue I would really like to hear back from you and please put your self in my shoe and tell me what I should do and expect Regards Faisal AG.”
