“The customer service is great! I was surprised. I have prescription for low dose of Modafinil and this works just as well except I can take the amount I actually need. I have taken all the adhd/add scripts which work well for motivation but Modafinil from Modafinilxl makes my thinking much clearer and more organized. I've never taken anything like it and it's one of the most helpful meds I've taken (I am diag. bipolar 1 so I've tried a LOT of meds:)). I can almost keep up with my very intelligent 15 yr old homeschooled offspring. And, again, the customer service!! always very prompt and extremely helpful. And friendly. “Beyond terrible customer, paid for express shipping and it was extremely delayed and they were of NO help at all. I asked for at least a shipping refund they they blew me off in all the emails I sent them, company should be shut down, it is a scam and I have bought bought from them before and this recent order medications were fake. To say I am angry and disgusted with this company is an understatement. Avoid them!!”

“Product is great, received free samples aswell which is nice. The delivery did take a while to Australia but I was prepared for that so l won't mark down the rating. I think it was 3 weeks all up. The tracking is patchy and nothing happened for weeks until it landed in my country, so expect that if you are ordering.. All in all I am really grateful for the product and service provided by this company, I'll be ordering again when the time comes.”
