“I'm always satisfied, except this last time. It took months to get that order. First shipment in that November order was confiscated, so I told them that happened and got a response telling me they reshipped it, but nothing was ever shipped. I sent so many emails begging for assistance, until finally Daniel responded sometime around February saying he would take care of it himself, and he did. My order FINALLY came about three months after the initial purchase. Unfortunately, I did not get 500 pills like I ordered, I only received 300. I was so stressed out after constantly emailing them asking where my order was, only to be ignored or told it was on the way when it wasn't, it made me feel like I had lost the money and was never getting the order, which is very unusual for this company! I dealt with the 200 pill loss bc I couldn't deal with anymore stress!! I'm fixing to order again and I'm really hoping things go much better, like normal! The only issues I've had prior to this last time is the 3-4 week shipping time it always takes, but I started ordering around the time COVID reared its ugly head. One time it didn't arrive, even though it showed delivered, so they replaced it as soon as I notified them. I have never given a less than 5 star review until now, but that last order was an experience that no one should ever have to go through. I'm sad that happened, bc it's NEVER been like that with this company. I'm a little nervous about ordering today bc of the last experience when my emails were ignored or got replies with the same standard messages by those who couldn't bother to see what was going on and why I still hadn't received it. In November I ordered the black Friday 500 pill special that should've been split in two shipments bc of the quantity, but it wasn't split up and it was confiscated at customs. I didn't receive it until over three months later, in February, and it came with only 300 pills, although I paid for 500, but feeling like I couldn't say anything bc I felt bad enough for bugging them about not receiving it to begin with!! I felt ignored and so unimportant to them, it stressed me out so bad that I started feeling guilty every time I had to email them asking about my order, so I felt like I couldn't bug them AGAIN about the missing 200 pills bc I already felt like I was a nuisance to them and at least I finally got something, even if it was 200 short!! I never order 500, I usually just get 300, but they were offering this great deal for black Friday, so I took advantage of it. Unfortunately, I never got to reap the benefits since I ordered, and paid for 500 pills, but only got 300. Other than the last order taking so long to arrive, having to fight that hard just to get my order, feeling ignored the entire time, then finally getting the order and it was 200 pills short, I usually have a great experience. I also hate checking out with Bitcoin, but I obviously do it to save money. Every time I check out in the Bitcoin app, it makes me add more money to my wallet bc the Bitcoin fluctuates and I always end up short, but I can't just add the amount of Bitcoin I'm short, bc the app requires you to buy a $10 or so minimum of Bitcoin, so that's a pain. Every other experience, besides going through Bitcoin as a payment, has been great. I truly love this company and hope to not ever again have to go through what I went through with my last order. I want to thank Daniel personally for getting me taken care of, and I'm sure if I made you aware of the 200 pill shortage, you would've rectified the issue immediately, but I hope you understand, I couldn't deal with even one more email about that order after being stressed out so bad over it, for three months! I wanted to just be done with it! I wish I didn't feel like I couldn't contact y'all about that missing pills though, bc that was a big deal. Anyways, those issues were with one order, so I'm still a returning customer, I won't be going anywhere else, bc they really are a great company and I think the prior issues had to of been a miscommunication and accident, I don't believe it was on purpose.”
