“Always great product and delivery time is descent but this last time it wasn’t so good. Took longer to get my package but when I contacted customer service they rectified the problem. After 3 weeks my original order wasn’t traceable and customer service sent out a replacement order and it was delivered promptly. The medication is good quality and the company offers great discounts.”

“Great product, delivery time is long but I guess that's expected for the distance traveled. I recieved exactly try what I ordered, they always giving me deals and coupons, so I am one satisfied customer, the only reason I rated 4 stars is cuz of the delivery time.”

“Can get a response concerning my order being delivered to a completely different state. My order confirmation in my email shows my shipping address yet my tracking number shows the package being delivered to a different state. Can't get a reply other than a copy paste reply about me needing to confirm my shipping address even though I have sent 3 emails before that confirming. I have a feeling I won't hear from them ever again. Do not buy from these people. It seems they are running an exit scam.”

“Unfortunately the site has now become a scam. Previously have received orders as described. I now have pending orders from India as well as the premium price for US to US stock. Orders close to 2 months now - no product and they have stopped responding to emails. Previously had good customer service. Unfortunately I've experienced complete 180 and as above they no longer respond to customer service emails asking for resolution.”

“My experience was mostly positive. I’ve received exactly what I ordered plus the freebies that were promised. The only downside was the long delivery even though I paid for premium. However, they got back to my emails quickly and kept me updated.”

“I have had several successful orders with modafinilxl. A weird barcode issue kept my most recent package from landing at my post office, instead going back and forth to a town about 2 hours away at least three times. modafinilxl customer service was very helpful in explaining the situation to me and helping coordinate the effort of getting it sent to me and within a few days it was here!! I can’t say enough about their customer service and reliability and i intend to continue buying from them! thank you!”

“Love this place, yes shipping takes a little bit but it’s international so that’s expected, but they slide thru customs easy peasy so that’s what’s important to me!!! Prices are great and I’ve never waited more that a month from order to delivery. Keep up the good work!”

“Anyone complaining about shipping time should be kicked from ordering, these guys ship quickly but it’s overseas so it’s gonna take time and they can’t control USPS!! I have always gotten my order in under a month from order to delivery and my packages slide thru customs like water which I can’t say for other shippers!!! I recommend this site to everyone all the time and I am so glad I found them! Also their customer care team is quick to answer questions which is also a lost skill with many companies.”
