“Dave R and Lee G assembled our furniture. They kept us abreast of delivery time, arrived when they said they would. They worked quickly and cleanly and offered useful advice. Furniture looks lovely….although covered at the mo as raining 🥴”

“Excellent service from MODA furnishings. Replaced faulty table that was under warranty within 8 days of contacting them. Communication with staff by email and phone was prompt and efficient and friendly. Delivery by Terry S and Dave H was very good. They contacted me twice by phone of expected time of delivery, and they were very friendly and helpful in removing the old table and assembling and siting the new one. Overall I would recommend MODA furnishings to anyone.”

“We visited the Moda store and we greeted by very friendly staff who were very attentive and answered all of our questions. There was no pressuring to make a sale and despite my partner and I deciding to take some time to think about it, we concluded that the customer service, as well as the quality of the furniture was exceptional and pushed us over the mark to make a purchase. As soon as we got home we jumped onto the laptop to buy our favourite outdoor set that same day. Our set came within a week and the delivery guys were super helpful and professional. We are so pleased that we took the plunge and invested in a Moda outdoor furniture set. It is well worth the money and we have been enjoying our outdoor area since it arrived. Thank you Moda!”

“Haven’t opened the box yet but delivery men were very friendly and helpful, their names were Terry S and Dave H . You can tell they take their job seriously yet it was service with a smile! They didn’t rush yet it was a quick service but they took the time to chat with me and be careful with the order.”
