“Delivery was arranged quickly and the guys were great, very helpful, even arranged the furniture in the desired positions. All good quality although there was some damage which is being dealt with”

“Furninure was delivered within 6 days over ordering with Easter Monday in between. The delivery men (Mark and Brian) were quick, efficient and very informative on how to put the table together. The reason for only giving Moda 4 stars is due to the 4 panels which form part of the underneath of the table are dated, therefore I will be contacting customer services regarding this.”

“Purchased Arc 13 set plus matching cover, products are great and can’t wait to use over the summer….afraid only giving 4 stars though as we were supplied with damaged end units from plus missing bolts for table (both warehouse issues) but that said the head office team sorted quickly and both delivery teams (Leon & Colin first week, Louis & Anthony the second week) were super friendly even after long drive down from Manchester and both offered useful product advice…..so delivery guys and end product were 5stars so would use Moda again!;)”

“David and Lee who were the delivery drivers for our order were outstanding. Not only were they were polite and respectful, but also very helpful. There was an issue with the storage boxes that arrived but they dealt with the situation in a professional manner, got me through to customer services immediately and the matter was resolved. We are very pleased with the products we have purchased and look forward to receiving the replacement storage boxes and the other out of stock item in a timely manner.”

“Colin who delivered the 8 seater table and chairs was really good. He was on his own and don’t complain about that. He was so helpful even though he still had another job and had to get back to Manchester. It was clear it mattered that we were happy with it when he set it all up. Excellent service.”

“The young men at the warehouse were very helpful Pip was really kind and helped demonstrate how to store furniture.Ashame I wasn’t able to purchase cover from the warehouse at same time saving me a trek across the other side of town only to find they ordered online . Terry and Colin were equally helpful both helping set up the furniture and help answer any questions. Hoping to receive an answer as to an odd cushion on one of the sofas? I know two new potential customers are intending a visit re further purchases based on my experience. Thankyou boys !”

“Leon and Colin delivered our new furniture today. They were really great. Nothing was too much trouble. They sorted everything out and left it all working perfectly. Good for them and now we can enjoy the spring sunshine.. thanks Moda!”

“Clear response to query. Disappointing that I have to purchase a better quality cover as one supplied has ripped. No response to on line email query at beginning of January. When I phoned this morning matter was immediately dealt with and resolved. I did get a discount code but still have to pay for better quality cover which hopefully will not rip this year.”

Hello Shelia, Thank you for your review. I was disappointed to hear that you had no response to an online query at the beginning of January as our response time is really quick so I wanted to look into this matter as soon I could and I'm afraid the only correspondence I can see was email communication back in 2020 and then the email sent today which I can see a response was given within 11 minutes so I am sorry if there was a mix up with emails or a problem at the beginning of January. I can see your original order was placed in 2019 and as our weather covers do only hold a 12-month warranty this is why we are unable to supply a free replacment I'm afraid but it's great to see you have taken advantage of our sale discount and have ordered a new one which will be delivered to you within the next 8 working days. Our newly designed covers will give you peace of mind that your furniture will have high protection. If you do need any further assistance in the future please just let us know. Robyn @ Moda
