“Louis and Anthony who delivered the furniture were extremely helpful and understanding hence the 4 stars. However, the furniture all had slight defects and the second set delivered was slightly worse than the first!”

“Mike and Chris delivered and installed our garden furniture today (18th Oct) and did a great job. Shame the furniture was delayed by a further six weeks after ordering 16th July. However the furniture itself is lovely and worth waiting for. The Salone cubo 6 is a great set, just need to find a cover for the winter now.”

“Very frustrating having to wait for certain items of furniture, however once it had arrived delivery men Leon & Nyle were fantastic , friendly , professional and efficient, can’t fault them .”

“Although the lead time was longer than anticipated I Would still highly recommend Moda to friends and family. the quality of product is the best I’ve seen, i would also recommend paying for the instillation and rubbish removal. Mark and Brian who delivered my furniture called to give me a 30min warning ahead of their arrival, came and put the order together promptly even under the pressure of being watched intensely by the kids and then showed me how it all works 👍🏻”

“We ordered our furniture on 10th September after a visit to the Cheltenham store where the staff were very helpful in guiding us to choose the best possible furniture for our needs. The furniture was dilvered on the agreed date, however the two tables were missing which will be delivered within a week. The delivery men Leon and Nyle were superb in assembling the furniture and informing us on the best methods to care for it.”

“The furniture looks good but on inspection the welding of the frame is poor at one point it misses the steel tube other than that I am happy with it and the delivery drivers both Dave B and Steve D were friendly helpful and efficient very happy with them”

“Great quality furniture wish there were covers as due to early morning Dew I can’t sit on the seats as it too wet. All delivery teams friendly professional and polite. Nyle and Barry that’s came to bring the return items and table put the fixings on that the previous delivery team didn’t. Great service”

“Great service. Delivery super quick (within a day or ordering). Delivery men Damien B and Dave H really friendly and polite, showed me how to change the height of the rising table. Table was meant to be wrapped as agreed with the rep on the phone but when it arrived it was unwrapped. Not a major issue but having work done on our garden so wanted to protect it from builders dust. Only reason this review is 4 stars. Great value though, we bought from the ex display warehouse so we got a massive discount. Quality excellent.”

“We are delighted with our new Moda furniture which arrived today and was unpacked and set up by Dave H and Robert T. Unfortunately Robert made an error building the storage box which means it needs replacement, but Dave assured us that a replacement would be delivered ASAP, together with a replacement seat unit for on that had a bent foot piece. The time from placing the order in April to delivery of most items in September seems rather excessive from the delivery expected in the store, and we are still awaiting two items not yet in stock, however the furniture that has been delivered is great.”
