“Fab outdoor sofa. Delivery team (Pete abs Paul) where very helpful and polite. They called in advanced to give approximate ETA and navigated a tight drive to deliver the furniture. Would have scored 5 out of 5 but when I contacted Moda to ask about clamps to join furniture together the first response was ‘... there are only 3...). That didn’t seem right so I contacted Moda again and one of the team responded to say she would send another 3 out. And she did. Really happy with sofa but the glass table top looks dirty due to material. Would definitely recommend.”

“We were pleased our rattan sofa set arrived before the expected date, having waited a long time before finding furniture we liked. On placing the sofa on our patio, one of the legs was damaged causing it to 'rock' quite badly. A photo was taken by one of the delivery personnel who explained that Customer Services would be in touch to fix a date to send a replacement, as soon as one was available. This took 5 weeks but we were able to keep the original one while we waited. Everything done to rectify the problem without a lot of fuss. Pete and Paul delivered the replacement sofa and made sure we were happy with it. We are very pleased with the furniture, even though we now think we paid over the odds for it, compared to many sets that are now advertised for half the price in other organisations and stores.”

“Thankyou to delivery team Michelle and Faisal - your help was appreciated. We had to wait along time for our furniture but customer service team have been most accommodating. Cover broken first day but Moda are sending a replacement straight away . Thanks”

“The quality of the product is very good, we had a few glitches on a couple of things but their support team soon sorted things out. The Leon and Colin who delivered our furniture did an amazing job in getting the big heavy boxes onto the patio with the really tight access, well done guys”

“The delivery drivers were excellent, professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The product is smart and well made but I’m disappointed that to adjust the chairs you just get up, go behind and adjust manually. The parasol is an attractive feature however. For the cost of the product I expected something more. When I realised that no actual construction was required I cancelled the premium service. I’m glad I did as I would have been paying to take items out of a box a d dispose of the packaging.”

“The website is easy to navigate and nice to look at. The videos help to get a better feel for the quality of the furniture. In addition Caprice has helped answer all of my questions via email, prior to purchase.”
