I really wasn’t expected to be a little bit let down by the staff at Chelmsford moda. When my wife and I went into the shop we were treated very nicely offering tea coffee, I had a tea we sat down and we ordered our table and chairs. I asked if we can pay the £99 for fast delivery because we were hoping to get it by the weekend which we were informed you might be lucky it’s a minimum of 3 days but we thought to ourselves it’s a bit short notice which we totally understood. The weekend came and went we didn’t hear anything,half way through the following week my wife phoned the number and was told do we want to book a delivery date, my wife was surprised and said no we were hoping to receive our order that week. The person on the phone said we have to book a date for delivery. We assumed that was already done by the staff so we phoned the shop in Chelmsford and Claire said she would phone them and get back. They wasn’t there so she informed my wife she would phone in the morning and then phone me and let me know what was said.. Claire didn’t phone me and hasn’t phoned me my wife got a email from the people who are delivering our table and chairs. In total it will be 12 working days which isn’t the end of the world but we was told when purchasing our table and chairs it’s minimum 3 days and max 10 days.we had arranged time off for the delivery, but my wife was informed that they won’t be in our area we said we bought it from Chelmsford.My wife and I have the feeling that as soon as the order was taken that was it,we feel if my wife hadn’t phoned we still wouldn’t have heard anything,we really aren’t the type of people who wright anything negative about anyone but we just expected more from moda and there staff.Kind regards. Nice furniture but the gas flame appliances are poor quality. My regulator failed twice but Moda aren’t interested as it’s now outside the 1 year warranty. I think I’ve used the last regulator 6 times. It’s poorly fitted and leaks gas as well as failing to stay lit.

There is clearly another customer with the same name as mine. His details kept cropping up even though I put in my details and postcode. This seems irregular and quite discerning. I'm not clear as to what is happening but I'm sure you would like me to point it out to you.

some of your links to recommended products are wrong and you have an issue with your basket. 1: recommended cover for ledbury 3f link takes you to a smaller cover (250x250). 2" Basket appears empty even though you have items in it.

We bought a 6 piece furniture set the promised delivery date came and no furniture after several phone calls we were given 5 diferent delivery dates when the furniture finally arrived only half the furniture was delivered we were told the other half would be delivered in one week this did not happen that was 2 months ago we made several phone calls on one occasion we were told that the furniture was now in the warehouse and would be delivered in 2 days time that was several weeks ago we paid for the furniture in August its now November and this morning after phoning again we were told it will be January before we get the rest of the furniture in my opinion this company has the worst after sales and delivery service I have ever encountered and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Had to replace a table as the edging had come away. Replacement came but was wrong colour. Next replacement came delivered well by Rob and John

From the time of order I had no communication until the day it was due to be delivered. I made all the contact with Moda to chase up when not delivered in line with the initial agreement nor the revised schedule. When the product was delivered it was faulty however there has been no quibble on exchange although it took a lot of organising and chasing as the links on the website are not working once Robyn got involved the whole process followed smoothly.

Despite having received a damaged box, and having a prolonged wait for our table , we finally received our full order. There were too many people dealing with our order, with left hand not knowing what right hand was doing.

Very happy with the delivery team, thank you Pete and Paul. Very professional and quick and accommodating and the furniture is beautiful. The length of time we had to wait for our order was disappointing however. The estimated delivery was 5-8 weeks and we ended up waiting 16 weeks. The Customer service team were very helpful and polite whenever we called them and keen to offer some compensation for the issues we had with the delivery delays.

Delivery guys Alex and Steven great very helpful. Unfortunately items missing from order including screws for storage box and 2 x covers we ordered not sent. Now understand one out of stock until 29th June. Very disappointing to have to wait again and having spent a lot of money with repeat orders to Moda. Mr J.Worsley.

Thanks for your review Viswa, i can see you placed an order with us yesterday with a lead time of 7-10 weeks. We are currently hitting these lead times so there shouldn't be any problem in this arriving with you :) Our lead times have increased due to the high demand we are facing, which is a good thing i suppose.
