We bought from the company due to its 7 year guarantee, however when I claimed on this due to sun damage to the rattan after 2 years I was told they now operate under a different name and will not honor it. Avoid buying from this company as the sets do not last and they will not honor their guarantees.

Do not use this company. Invested in furniture to last us but three years in like other reviews it’s falling apart. The seven year warranty is void as the company went into administration in July 2023. Avoid at all costs.

Same as other comments, we bought furniture 2 years ago, it’s all started to split and the company filed for bankruptcy so despite amazingly being bought the following day and continuing to sell identical furniture, our 7 year guarantee appears to be worthless and we have spent £4000 on furniture that isn’t living up to expectations. The quality of their furniture is terrible. It looks good when you get it, it after 2 years outside all the wicker is cracking along all the edges and corners.

Please avoid this company The furniture costs a lot but is not good quality. Ours split within a few months and looks terrible now. The 7 year warranty is useless, they won't honour it. The company has also been in administration after having a massive sale, presumably to get as much money in as possible before shutting down and reopening the next day pretending they are the same company. Some people have lost thousands of pounds with them. It's all very underhand There are plenty of other good reliable suppliers out there, this company is not one of them

COMPANY IN ADMINISTRATION AVOID as they stole everyone’s money knowing this was happening and not honouring any warranties ALL REVIEWS FAKE on trust pilot from 14th July onwards

Bought furniture and a few days later they went into liquidation and starting trading the next day. Still won’t give me my furniture. Scammers DO NOT BUY

The guys went into liquidation and have continued trading the next day under a different name. I've been told the order I've paid for will not be fulfilled and I've lost the money This has happened to thousands of people DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISITS

OID Spent over £5000 on garden furniture which was under warranty. Have already needed a few replacements but last summer some of our chairs started to split and the rattan on our corner sofa started to unravel. Contacted the company and was told it would be replaced last year. Nothing happened, so contacted again in Feb this year. Got told 8 week wait... so contacted again and got told another 8 week wait. In the meantime our rattan table has all split and because they don’t make that model anymore we were offered a credit note to buy something of the same value to replace it. Placed that order about 4 months ago. Hasn't arrived. Now, we have received a letter to say the company has gone into administration and basically "tough luck" no orders will be fulfilled, no repairs will be happening and no refunds will be issued. But they very kindly told us we could repurchase again through the new company??!! Don’t think so. Won't spend a penny with them again. The website is still exactly the same you wouldn't know anything has changed, they still have the same sale on they had when we purchased £700 worth of furniture and accessories, none of which we will receive. Absolutely disgusted that all of our rattan is basically broken and we're stuck with it, no warranty and we've also lost £700 worth of orders placed recently. Don't buy from here, the rattan doesn't last at all it'll split after 1-2 years hence why they have such an extended warranty but don't trust it! Will never recommend and will never buy from here again.

We spent £790 on new cushion covers. We paid in advance and in time for a day we required them for. In total there were 22 charcoal covers. What arrive was 3 green cushions! How on earth can they have made such a monumental mess up. Tried to ring but they were shut. Now, due to their mammoth mistake we won’t have them by Saturday. How can they think 3 green cushions cost £790?

I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case, I felt I had too. Having ordered several large items from you in the past. Your delivery services are exceptional as all the reviews say. However, your after-care customer services are shocking, the Fire Pit table you delivered in December was not opened and erected until April when the weather permitted. The thermocouple on the Fire pit was actually broken, your customer service reply was: Unless damage is reported with 48 hours of delivery, you warranty will be invalid. I think this is something that all your customers should be made aware off.

Very disappointing after sales support. This company brands themselves as premium, with various celebrities and "influencers" tasked with continuing that myth. DO NOT BE FOOLED. The quality does not match the (substantial) cost. During the first Covid lockdown, we purchased a large rattan dinning table / sofa with firepits, warts and all. We also purchased a matching "All weather" cover to keep the elements out. There were some quality issues that we were able to resolve (though in hindsight, should have been a red flag - a foot was missing from the table and though a replacement sent, we've never been able to properly get it to stay in place). The cushions are supposed to have removable, washable covers, but the zip is so tight, it would be impossible to remove the cover without destroying the foam. That should have been red flag number 2. The main issue I have with this company, however, came when we had a problem with our cover. The initial cover we purchased for around £90, developed a hole / rip in it. At that point, we discovered that the "7 year warranty" doesn't apply to covers, as we were outside the apparent 1 year for the cover. We were willing to take that on the chin, but a replacement cover was now £215!! I was assured that this was a much improved cover and the price was representative of that, and that a 2 year warranty would go some way to relieving any fears I had about purchasing, reluctantly, I made the purchase... One thing the old cover did until it failed was keep the water out. It did so without any problem at all. The new cover, however, leaked through the seams, which on inspection looked to be very poor quality - tape was not in line with the seam at all. Moda support have refused that to be a fault, informing me that the "All Weather Cover" is simply designed to keep debris of the frames, that cushions shouldn't be kept underneath. There was apparently no fault present in a taped seam that was leaking where you could easily see the tape did not follow the seam correctly. A £215 "all-weather" cover, is not, it seems expected to protect the furniture from the UK weather, which must be utterly exceptional in it's ability to produce water! In summary, the furniture is nice, it's not worth the premium though and don't expect good warranty support.

We ordered a Fusion Cube set in April 2021. We are still waiting for the table to be delivered in October 2021. I have had every excuse as to why there has been a delay. I was told that the table was in at the end of September. I booked a delivery slot only to be told there was a problem with the van and they couldn’t deliver on 6th October. Rearranged for delivery on 12 October. Van turned up with no table. Told by drivers, someone from the depot would contact me with 30 minutes. Nothing, phoned Customer Services. Told there was an issue with the computer system and the table wasn’t in stock or it was damaged. Delivery of tables due in on Friday and I will be contacted to arrange delivery. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told one would call me back in 24 hours. Not hopeful I will hear anything, all I get are apologies. Ironically on the website it shows delivery within 3-6 weeks. If I could give them a negative rating I would. The order has been a problem from start to finish and has been blamed on computer issues and transport problems. I don’t believe a word I am told by this company.

After a 13+ month wait for replacement cushions and a request for a senior member to contact me so that I may go through my torrid experience with them did not happen (I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours) so I had little choice other than to leave a negative review. Within an hour of leaving that review I had a response from Mr Bell - Head of Customer Services at Moda Furnishings Ltd Interestingly Mr Bell’s use of ‘genuinely required’ in his final paragraph of his published response is revealing. I didn’t receive an email in May as he says, I did however receive one from him on 8 February stating that my cushions that were due “by the end of February” are now expected at the “end of April.” It goes on to say that “I will also ensure we update you..”. April passed and in early May, I was forced to be proactive and follow this up as updates were never forthcoming throughout the 13+ months period. There were more missed deadlines of “mid- late May”, then specifically the “3 June.” I waited patiently until 14 June before getting in touch yet again. Although I can fully appreciate their reasons for delays (no matter how frustrating they are), it is the complete lack of communication that’s at fault here. If Moda had simply kept me abreast of developments it would have been alright. I never received updates and all I could see from their website reviews were 5 star reviews from new customers who had received their fresh orders. It makes one wonder? The icing on the cake is Mr Bell’s final sentence: “I will of course give you a call later today to discuss your experience in full.” The fact I’m still waiting for that call the following day speaks volumes. Looks accommodating on a response to a review though!!

Bought a load of furniture less than a year ago. One of the seams on the cushions has come apart, even though it’s had very little use. Phoned and spoke to a less than helpful young boy.Told me I could buy another one as it wasn’t under guarantee, even though they advertise 7 years!!! Don’t bother wasting your money buying from this firm. Better furniture half the price from other companies. Great sales people when you are parting with money, downhill when you need customer service after sales. Inferior goods.

It was great to welcome back Leon & Colin once again. This is Leon’s third visit and our fourth overall. The fitting team have been great in every visit. However the problem lies with the Birkin range of which we ordered. The product looks fantastic but we have been unfortunate enough the receive units that have been faulty. We have had three dining tables, had to replace a corner sofa unit and four dining chairs. Today out of the blue I received a text message saying that my Moda furniture will be delivered between 11:00&14:00. This was totally unexpected as I hadn’t received a previous text or email to say my delivery was due. Also I was told only last week that the replacement chairs had a lead time of between 10-12 weeks. I was left with no option than to drop everything to make sure I was home to take delivery. Unfortunately even though I was told all four chairs would be replaced, only three chairs have been dispatched. Unbelievably one of the three chairs is again faulty so I will have to make arrangements once again to be home for a fifth visit. This is beyond inconvenient at the price we have paid for this furniture. Perhaps after reading this review a supervisor will get in touch with me so we can discuss this whole set of issues.

Customer service good however the quality control has been abysmal😡 the cushions on my sofa were delivered filthy and stained and one was completely the wrong size to fit my sofa. This on top of other issues with this order has resulted in one very unhappy customer. This furniture cost well over £3000, I’m left feeling extremely disappointed.

Very efficient delivery service by Matthew and Paul. Had our sofas, stools and table assembled in no time. Looking good - just need to weather to behave now! Looking forward to a long comfy summer :)
