It's such a shame that Moda's customer service is SO bad. The actual furniture WHEN you get it is very good quality but the delivery promise time is a lie and trying to get hold of anyone on the phone to get a delivery date is impossible with wait times up to 2 hours. When purchasing from Moda the service is good and the staff very helpful but after you've parted with the cash you deal with a call centre in India and it becomes an absolute shambles. I've never given a bad review before but I'm just gobsmacked at how dreadful the communication and customer service has been with Moda, especially after parting with so much money.

The furniture is nice but quite expensive for what it is. The delivery guys were terrible and didn’t take care of the furniture we had paid a lot of money for. We paid for a premium delivery service where they are meant to assemble, take away the packaging and show you the features of the set. They didn’t take away all the packing, didn’t assemble all the furniture so we had lose sofa set and not enough connections anyway to put it all together and didn’t show us anything.

I paid £99 for the installation and put the furniture together which they did not do. The cushions that they supplied were dirty which they would supply but also mentioned that I could wash them, The lounge suite was delivered on August 21 and up to now I still haven't received the replacement cushions. I have emailed several times to return the suite but they tell me I am out of time and the cushions are still being delivered.

Our experience with Moda has been far from what we would expect from a high end product retailer. Delays in supply chain more than doubled the delivery time for our product, and although we can accept that global events beyond the control of the company cannot be helped, the lack of communication and effort made to mitigate our disappointment was unforgivable. Every communication to find out about our order was initiated by us and resulted in disappointment. When we eventually found that our order was ready for shipping, 14 weeks after the full payment was taken, the delivery service called to tell us it would be a further 7 days before we would receive our product. When customer service reps tell you that, 'all they can do is apologise', I completely disagree. One thing you could do is pay for a 24 hr delivery, to get our product to us as fast as you possibly can, not wait another week before you actually send it. To date we are still waiting for 2 pieces from our order, which we are told, 'should' be here within 2 weeks. The last email we received, (in response to our latest complaint), agreed to provide us with a cover for our furniture, which is appreciated but does not make up for the overall experience and general lack of care. The product, we are happy with and the delivery was executed very well. Damian and Lewis were great, but unfortunately the rest of the experience with Moda would make us think very hard before giving up our money in the future. All of the bad feeling could have been avoided, if your customer services demonstrated an ounce of care for the customer and how delays of this length would affect them.

Had to wait 3 months to come into stock but was told this when we order so ok as we wanted to expand our furniture that we’d previously bought from them. Delivery guys were super helpful. One chair not woven correctly so called and was advised to “push it back into place”! Not that easy my friend. Called them again to be told I would have to wait 3 weeks for collect fix and return or wait up to 11 weeks for new stock to arrive when they would replace. Not what I’d expected when paying premium prices (£350 per chair) for supposedly premium furniture. Disappointed.

I contacted Moda to purchase some outdoor furniture and was told I would receive an email to confirm my purchase. I have not received this despite calling up and leaving a message asking to be contacted. The money has come out of my account but I have not received a confirmation of my order so that I can check it is correct. I would be grateful if this could be rectified please.

Delivery was good and quicker than expected. White fire pit table has marks and unfinished material round the sides, not what I’d expect from such an expensive set. Strange business plan from the company which seem to have put the prices up every time I go on their website. The set I purchased was £3500 in December and has been incrementally increased to over £5000 and different colours cost differently. Seem every week a few hundred £ is added. Also was told by the chat team that a 13kg bottle is fine for the fire pit however the delivery team said the bottle is too big for safety reasons and have now lost £40 on a gas bottle deposit to change to smaller ones.

your website is so difficult to use - why only list 9 items per page - almost got so frustrated we so nearly bailed out and went elsewhere - in the end we liked the look of the stuff so much we ordered - £6.5 grands worth of stuff - crazy!

We travelled over 100 miles to visit the Moda showroom last October 2020, were impressed with the quality and placed an order, paying a considerable amount in full. Most of the order arrived in November, but the key piece ( being the table) was missing. Assured we would get it in December. We are still without a table, we never receive any updates or courtesy calls and have now been told it will be end of March before delivery. Extremely unimpressed with after sales service.

The furniture is lovely and if you’re happy to wait four months for it to arrive, then great. But having ordered and paid in full in May for it to finally arrive in September, it hardly felt worth the purchase. It’ll probably get used only a few times, if we’re lucky, before the weather turns and it goes away for the winter. The customer service experience from Moda was fairly poor in my opinion. Had to chase by email every time for an update and after waiting for several weeks for a response each time, were met with similar answers - unexpected delays, not arrived in the U.K. yet, empty apologies really. Moda did offer a compensatory freebie - a cover to protect the furniture when not being used. Which, surprise surprise, we are still waiting for as it didn’t arrive with the furniture. Having sent two emails to chase for this as it’s been almost a month since the furniture arrived, there has been no reply as of yet! The quality of the furniture itself is great and we love the product, but Moda have really let themselves down. Would seriously consider not using again in the future and if anyone asks for a recommendation... would advise to steer clear unless happy with long delays and half hearted apologies. Sorry.

Ordered In May, should have been 8 days for delivery. I received half my order 2 weeks ago after my persistent chasing - still waiting on the other half. Was told I was priority for next stock but when it arrived in I was told there were other customers in the Queue before me. The company seems rudderless, you don't get proper explanations, completely obvious some staff are reading from a script. I'm giving them 2 more weeks then I'm going to Resolver. Such a shame because the furniture that has arrived is really lovely!! Tip: If you are trying to get through on the phone, call the sales line on an evening, you'll get through straight away - you'll likely just be fobbed off once through but it eventually got me half my order.
