Wish I had read these reviews, nowhere on their site can you put one !! ... atrocious customer service continually lie to you never call back promise delivery and totally ignore any update requests suffering from missing cushion for set purchased in May 2020 and have been chasing since to no avail, only option left small claims court not sure that will budge them !!

Bought a furniture set for over £4k in April 2020. All of the cushions were sub standard from day one because they were from different batches and not coated in a ultra violet protective treatment and as such they have all turned different colours and are now all ruined. This was reported to the company on the 11th May 2020 and they admitted a problem and offered to replace them all. The replacement has never happened. They have not answered any of my emails since the 2nd June 2020 and since they I have been unable to get through to them on the telephone despite spending (collectively) hours on hold. If you ring they order line and mention that you want an update on something then they just hang up on you. This has happened to me four times today and reading other reviews on here it would seem to be common practice at Moda. I have never come across a company as bad as Moda both in terms of organisation and morally and would strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere.

BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. I was delighted to win 2k towards garden furniture via Instagram. We decided on the set we wanted and put £1850 towards it. DeliverY was a few weeks but it was as advised. Set was stunning but table was cracked on the corner. Informed them and they said that they would replace. Great! Now after 3 weeks of the lovely summer Weather the cushions are faded. Now not just a bit I mean they have completely bleached. ( I wish I could attach photos) Again sent photos and evidence and was advised that a new set would be ordered. Given an 8-10 week delivery. Since they were due on the 9th July I have phoned and emails and been mostly ignored. Did get one email stating they were ready for immediate dispatch on 23rd July! It’s 20th August, summer almost over and still no covers. Whilst waiting for new table top......day by day more large cracks and surface cracks developed all over the table. New table delivered. GUESS WHAT.....cracks started on this one too. Been in touch......emailed and called several times.....IGNORED....AGAIN. This set isn’t 5 months old and so far has been a nightmare. I find it very hard to believe that so many reviews are left by people praising the delivery team by their first names....I don’t think I have ever asked the names of delivery drivers....especially as it’s contactless due to covid. Also look at their Instagram and FB, any negative comments or questions regains peoples orders are very quickly hidden or removed. So you see a post with 15 comments but can only see 2 visable. Also if I had left a review based on the furniture the day I got it I would have left amazing reviews...like lots of people have.... Now I have been more than patient and understanding but poor customer service and ignoring emails and not answering phones is unacceptable. This furniture is substandard, faulty and all from a company that isn’t accessible to any help. I have never left a negative review but I hope this helps possible customers avoid parting with thousands of pounds for basically a nightmare of damaged faulty goods and shocking customer service. Gutted

Bad experience- what is worse, they actively block bad reviews. On Trustpilot in June they had 307 reviews. 45 of those were one star. They have reported 44 of those to avoid damaging their Trustpilot review status of 4.4

Awful. They keep blocking my review on Trustpilot, and clearly have a lot of fake positive reviews. Massive delays and poor customer experience. Was advised 7 to 10 days. 3 months later, still nothing... can't get hold of anyone on the phone as there is a 1.5 hour wait. "5 day response " on email although sure this is longer. They were happy to take my money, but no goods. Not a great start.

Placed an order that promised 6-8 days delivery, we took great care in picking the table and chairs that had 6-8 days delivery because it was needed in that time. Many other sets were a longer delivery time, we steered round those because we wanted quick delivery. 4 days after their email order confirmation and full payment of £2,300 taken from our credit card, I decided to just call to see when delivery arriving. I was put in a queue and was 36 in this queue which took absolutely ages to get through, probably with other very upset customers, the poor girl on the phone sounded like she was trained in just keeping calm and repeating the same old answers to try keep order on the hook. I was told by Lena that unfortunately our items were now out of stock and it would be 6-8 weeks before delivery, after the summer !!! she tried to offer other not acceptable colours and a £150 off for inconvenience but both were just not acceptable to us. I believe it is this companies policy to take full payment with out having stock in and they never were able to deliver in 6-8 days therefore I would recommend everyone to go else where, they are a very disappointing company, the full refund will take 7 days to come through......what an absolute waste of time :(

Worst company I have ever dealt with Worst company I have ever dealt with, ordered 2 chairs and a table which arrived today.Foolishly thought that I was buying new garden furniture, not dragged out of a skip but to be fair it doesn't state anywhere on the website that your items will be new so maybe that's my mistake, frames scratched , feet almost worn through, rattan all marked, touch up paint slapped all over the used and abused metalwork and even had hair stuck in the rattan where some scrote had been sat. Shoddy doesn't come close, if I'd found them in the canal I would have thrown them back in, total rubbish.Avoid at all costs and don't bother trying to contact them as they just don't care. 3 hours on hold and finally got to number 1 in the queue just so they could hang up on me, pathetic

This company is a complete joke. Spent over £2500 with them on a garden furniture set and the cushions they provided all faded and changed colour. They admitted they should have been coated which was missed. I was promised the cushions would be change and all they sent me was half the cushion covers and not the complete cushions as discussed. Its December now and I STILL haven't got what I paid for! And to top the lot they are saying I cant have a refund as it's been too long. I suggest everyone who has problems with this cowboy company go trading standards and the small claims court if all else fails.

I waited a while to leave my review as I wanted to see how these held up through the winter (we used the excellent cover that Moda can supply - it's far superior to a tarpaulin, fits like a glove!), and a year on I can honestly say these are a really smart and comfortable addition to our garden. They still look immaculate, and I would definitely recommend them. Paul W and James S delivered them on time and were super helpful.

Pete & Paul are a credit to the business. They set everything up in the position we wanted and went through the lighting instructions for the gas table. Took all the packaging away and made sure we were happy before they left. Good job guys!

John & Garry delivered our furniture today, excellent work. We paid £100 to get it unpacked etc., the men do not get that themselves, if I’d have known that I would’ve just given it to them. I think that is disgraceful, I paid a lot of money for a good product expecting the men that work very well for you to get that extra money. I think they should get a bonus for the hard work 😓 they do. Delivering a lot of furniture under difficult circumstances sometimes. Long days as well. You are the best in the business quality wise. Please appreciate your workforce more would be my suggestion. John & Garry were very efficient and good employees for you.

Delivery prompt, efficient and courteous by Pete and Paul (Moda). Product very good and well designed & constructed. We reported a faulty armchair foot and Moda has despatched a replacement. We are awaiting delivery from a third party courier APC overnight who so far have failed to deliver on time and day stated with no communication except for a further delivery slot, we still await delivery. If Moda want to maintain their excellent levels of customer care they need to be careful to choose the right partners to uphold their levels of service.

Bought a load of furniture less than a year ago. One of the seams on the cushions has come apart, even though it’s had very little use. Phoned and spoke to a less than helpful young boy.Told me I could buy another one as it wasn’t under guarantee, even though they advertise 7 years!!! Don’t bother wasting your money buying from this firm. Better furniture half the price from other companies. Great sales people when you are parting with money, downhill when you need customer service after sales. Inferior goods.

Your delivery team Robert S and Jason G were obliged to do what was required there attitude to detail is impeccable, please pass on our cincere praise to them both, a credit to your business. Just received my new Moda furniture and I must compliment them on an amazing product and fantastic service. From ordering to delivery outstanding customer service and a special mention to Rob and George who delivered it, set it up and removed all the packaging.
