Very happy with Paul W & Theo H who replaced the faulty items of furniture today. Such a shame we have had issues as we have enjoyed the furniture to date. Really hoping the boxes & liners work this time.

Terry & Liam delivered our furniture on time they contacted me to say they were on their way and were polite and efficient. However the goods that had been sent were confusing. We had ordered a Salone gas coffee table. Along with the table Moda sent a chrome plate but no explanation why. Upon opening the table to assemble it was clear that the gas controls would not fit in the table. I contacted the show room and the girls were unable to help me I had to email photos to customer support. They replied sending me a link to a video that was apparently going to show me how to dismantle the gas pipes and buttons and re attach them to the plate that had been sent along with the order with no instructions. Unfortunately the video they attached did not show how this could be done. I was lucky my son who is an engineer was able to swap the plate over for me. I think it is totally unacceptable expecting customers to swap gas plates over. This is obviously why they try to charge an extra £99 very poor and feel totally let down. This was my second delivery the first time they forgot the cover. Might of well if not bothered anyway £169 for a sheet that blows in the wind won’t fix down as the toggles font pull tight enough and fills with water. Will be returning for a refund as totally unfit for purpose. However the Sloane sofa and fire pit table now installed are beautiful probably not £5000 worth if beautiful but I am please with the end result.

2-5 weeks is a big gap, it would be really good to know a more precise time, if the longest wait is 5 weeks put it as 5 weeks, if it's 2 put it as 2 but that range almost put me off buying it as I have no idea when it's likely to be delivered.

2 weeks late on delivery 3 of the 6 chairs damaged so not the best service. Delivery guys were excellent Louis and Anthony I went for the upgraded delivery option of assembly and packaging removal which is definitely worth it. Overall, could do better.

Jason T the delivery driver was excellent, went above and beyond our expectations and was accommodating to our requests The products however have been a bit of a letdown considering the cost Mainly the finish, and final touches We’ve had damage to the legs of the stool where the weave has split. Captive nuts freely spinning. And the biggest issue is the round glass table tops not fitting precisely to the table top itself, along with the square cut out in the table top and the corresponding glass cutout being sizeably different

Very disappointed that you charge an extra £90 for proper delivery. Expensive quality product from a up market firm you should deliver to your garden free of charge.

Hello, D! Our standard delivery is free. Our drivers would unload this where you direct them to do so. Our platinum service includes setup, installation and removal of all packing, which does carry a charge of £90 I hope this helps. Joe @ Moda

I have rated "acceptable" as its too early to say yet as we have not received the goods but I phoned with an enquiry 10 days ago and was told that the Manager would call me back next day - No call ever came! I thought this a poor start prior to placing an order with MODA. Hopefully, now the order has been placed the service will improve.

Fabulous products, gorgeous website. I have just ordered, not received yet. HOWEVER not impressed at all by my purchase experience which is a shame when buying a lovely quality set like this. The price increased from approx £2100 to £2600 from when I viewed this last Wednesday to Saturday when I was able to get to the showroom to see the furniture. Moda just keep pushing the prices up and up, wasnt able to use the discount code either. Moda are certainly getting every penny they can get from the increased demand for garden furniture during covid times. The sales assistant in the showroom did her job in terms of answering my questions but considering I was intending on spending a small fortune, I felt like I was more like a valued customer when I went to Tescos.

Website navigation could be improved - e.g. it was difficult to navigate from the top menu (accessories) to the left side to select product - kept changing the context.
