“This is just concerning the delivery. Leon and Nyall were excellent, courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient. The staff in the Cheltenham showroom were not well informed. when we visited. Long lead time”

“The delivery drivers Pete and Paul were fantastic. They made sure to check everything and ensured to call customer services when we had an issue which they worked hard to resolve on our behalf. These guys are a credit to the firm and super helpful.”

“Nile and Leon brilliant worked really hard. Very pleased with the product apart from two little chips on the bench which only noticed after they had gone. Delivery time was great and staff in shop very helpful.”

“We visited the new Cheltenham showroom shortly after it opened. The staff were mainly helpful and knowledgeable. We tried to replicate the layout of furniture that we wanted at home but for some reason they weren’t too keen on this so we couldn’t look at it for long! When you’re spending a lot of money it’s nice to make sure you like what you’re buying! The showroom was quiet at the time too. They seemed very keen on selling sets of furniture and not mix and matching. We did however find a set that matched our needs and placed the order. Sadly we had to wait a long time for it, but that’s not through the fault of the company. It’s been delivered today and I must say I’m very happy with it, even though there has been a further delay with two of the chairs. I had to chase the order to see when it could be delivered. Pete and Paul were the delivery guys and nothing was too much trouble for them. They placed the furniture where I wanted it and even offered to move quite a few plant pots for me so we could correctly place the storage box! Excellent delivery service 👍🏼”

“Love the furniture! Feels very solid and was easy to slot together. Delivery team were excellent (Pete & Paul)- efficient, quiet and tidy. There were delays in getting the furniture which were out of Moda’s control. However, it was only because I phoned that I found out that they had all of my order bar the table which was delayed by a further month (this is why four not five stars). They helpfully arranged for delivery of the items they had, and would then deliver the table separately when it arrived. Overall, very pleased.”

“We were kept informed by the delivery team Nyle and Barry regarding the delivery time, they worked professionally to install our furniture and cleared all the rubbish away. Furniture took too long to come? Ordered in April delivered 18 weeks later I had to chase the order!!!”

“I ordered my garden set back in April. There was such a long delay in receiving the set which is why I have given 4 stars. The actual set is lovely and the delivery guys Mark and Brian were fantastic and did everything for me that was needed. If it wasn’t for the delivery being so successful I would of given 3 stars.”

“COVID and Brexit held up delivery which we fully understood but a little bit more communication on delivery would have enhanced the Modo experience. I recommend you buy the cover (it’s brilliant) and thanks to the delivery teams (I’ll mention Dave H and Craig O here....top job gents). Greg A”

“After a few hiccups on the garden furniture I have the complete set unmarked… I love the design. Customer services were always helpful. If there had been a greater discount offered for the marks I would probably accepted rather than replace and wait. Your delivery guys Colin and Leon very prompt, polite and helpful.”

“Pete and Paul delivered our outdoor sofas and were super friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Just a shame Moda didn’t deliver the outdoor storage box at the same time but followed up with an email to let me know it would be delivered at a later date. Would recommend Moda to friends and family”

“The delivery guys (Leon and i can’t remember sorry) were absolutely lovely, super friendly, couldn’t do enough to help me out as i was feeding my baby when they arrived, great service. I’ve only marked down as i was expecting a call from the central team in advance of delivery to confirm dates/service available (unpack etc) but didn’t receive it. Im not particularly bothered but the expectation was there.”

“A little bit disappointed with the delay in getting furniture took over four months to be delivered, we had to contact to them to let us know that there was a delay,I understand Covid and Brexit Issues but a simple courtesy call would have been nice?But when it did arrive was very pleased with the delivery guys Pete & Paul really helpful and cheerful and did a good job installing it all”

“The quality of Moda’s furniture is great, by far the best we’ve found. Their delivery guys were brilliant too, Damien B and Lewis C were friendly, professional and helpful. Only reason for the good rather than very good is that the customer service is not proactive. There was a delay getting our order delivered (some won’t come till September) due to the knock on effects of the pandemic. Totally understand that, but I only found out by ringing Moda rather than them contacting me to explain. When I rang, the service was great.”

“Delivery great easy to undo beautiful furniture just one of the suction cups on table broke will see if I can get a new one from wickes really pleased with it just a pity it takes so long to come but have to well worth the wait”
