“Great service, all the way from purchasing through to delivery. I was informed of when I can expect delivery and Leon and Colin were extremely prompt and delivered the product with zero fuss…can’t wait for the sun to shine so we can use our furniture. It looks fantastic.”

“We visited the Caterham store and was served by Bella who was very helpful and professional with our order, she was very knowledgeable with the Ledbury range. We was informed that we would be contacted to arrange the delivery. On Wednesday I received an email informing me of the delivery date which was for the following Monday 26/7/2021, I also received a courtesy phone call the Friday before to inform me I would be the first delivery on the Monday between 8am and 10 am. The morning of the delivery I was telephoned around 7.30am to let me know they were on their way and would be around 30 minutes. Pete and Paul the delivery men were bang on time. They were very friendly and polite and very informative of the garden furniture they explained everything I needed to know, they were extremely helpful in taking the garden furniture around to my back garden at my request. We have received an excellent service from Moda Furnishing from the start through to the delivery.”

“Purchased our garden furniture from the warehouse at 3.30 on Sunday and got a call the next day to say they were going to deliver it that afternoon! Was kept informed of expected delivery time. Colin and Leon took great care in bringing the furniture through the house ( we don’t have front to back access). They even managed to negotiate their way through with an awkward table without having to remove the legs. Brilliant service. Thanks guys”

“Ordered my garden furniture Primo 4 in April with advisory that delivery would be July. Checked online advisor who confirmed when delivery to warehouse was expected and duly delivered at convenient time to receive my order. Paul and Mike could not have been more accommodating upon delivery, really friendly men with a happy persona. Garden furniture well packed and all complete. Really happy with a wonderful service. So nice to receive products that live up to your expectations. Will be happy to order again from such a professional company.”
