“Very bad site. I ordered clothes worth $100 and i didn't receive it. I opened a case 4 times they keep closing it saying its delivered. It's been three months still no package. It was my first time and I needed a covered dress and get encouraged to buy from them by social media bloggers.
total amount was showing with my country currency but after payment the status changed to dollar!! So they took extra . There was no warning about exchange rate before payment !
I received some clothes that not like description or details as I ordered so I did return request.
I waited for 1 week then I called them and i get surprised with them asking me to take it to aramex and pay return fees . I sent email to modanisa but no response. And did send another email again with no response. Days later I called the customer service to put my complain and they told me I will get a reply “ very soon” . Again it is almost 1 month and I called them again to talk to manager. They refused and they informed me the they will reply to me “ very soon”
Modanisa has no transparency nor honesty . Not worth put money to their items as they are careless unprofessional with customers and you will receive a different item than what you ordered. And they will definitely take the customer money and waste your time trying to take your money back .”

“Cheap quality! Very thin dresses with single stitches. The price is shown high, then put on sale for your to buy. It’s not even worth the sale price! I am surprised how good the images look in comparison to what you get in reality.”
“They mad many errors in my two orders and when I wanted for them to give me free shipping they refused. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you're making an error then you have to pay for the shipping. And each shipping costs more than $12 so they wanted me to pay more than $25 for me to return the items that they mad errors on. I hate it and will never buy again.”
“Disgusting experience. They substituted multiple of my items without asking and they want me to pay for the return fees. I am not glad at all. I asked for a BEIGE item, but they sent me the PINK version of it. They changed the quality of all the items and made every item cheaper, but the price is very expensive. DO NOT BUY. “I received my order, and they gave me one sleeve that has no hole to put the button in, I can’t wear it because it shows my whole arm. I contacted customer service, they refused to refund me the money, and they didn’t give me a free return. They told me to return it and I must pay the shipping. This was surprising to me because it’s their problem. If there is a problem in the item, the company should either refund or at least fix the problem. I will never buy anything from them Again. Very bad website.”
“80%of the product delivered was faulty. Customer service is incompetent.
It has been more than 6 weeks and they have NOT yet fully issued refund of the faulty product and shipping costs. Customer service is almost non existent, keep sending copy pasted emails.”
“I used to be a loyal customer and the quality was pretty good that I actually started to recommend modanisa to my friends here in the US, till I made an order that’s worth 165$ and I didn’t receive it since November 2019, I contacted them via email ALOT then I started to call them all the responses I’m getting is we are gonna contact the courier service and they never got back to me. This is called robbery to pay 165$ for something that I didn’t even get. “Ordered on 8 march ... delivery expected 11-14 March. Called customer service on 19 march was asked to wait As they don't know how long and blaming delivery company!!! Wanted to cancel the order was told they cant only after delivery can I return the items !!! What if the items lost during delivery ?? And the delivery also dnt know when it’s expected???
