I ordered some items from February, after a month I haven’t received anything after that I called the customer service much time to cancel the order but they didn't do anything except keep sending the same email we will solve the problem soon! Until now they didn’t send back the payment to my bank account and today I received a silly email they said that the delivery company told them the order has been delivered!!!! 7 months it is not enough for them to solve the problem!!!”
“I ordered a few items from Modanisa. I ensured the prices were in AUD yet I was still charged in US dollars. When my items arrived they were such poor quality and over priced. Trying to return them was difficult (the website claims easy returns), their customer service was poor. I couldn't return the items in time due to corona delays, I sent a few emails but to no avail, now I'm stuck with the items, never ordering from Modanisa again.”
“I am a UK size small (size 10) and I ordered Size M from Modanisa as the dress doesn't have a zip or nothing. You have to put it through the head. It says size M on the label but its actually and extra small size as it won't even go through my head! They won't even refund or exchange free of charge. Its their fault not mine! They made it too small and written size M. I don't know what to do now am very disappointed waste of my money!!!! My job is at risk due to covid-19 and its just an extra stress now. I also ordered 2 skirts size 12 these both fitted me but the quality was very poor. I wanted to return but its too complicated so I am just wearing those. But I cant wear the dress as its extra small. Can you please help me”
“My wife ordered 32-33 items on July 21st and we paid about $ 500, but we got nothing on September 4th today. I contacted customer service several times - about 10 times - they told me "We will get back to you as soon as possible or the investigation is ongoing" but it has been around 46 days since my order, I could not get any relevant and satisfactory information from them. “very bad service! I received a bag i ordered with a white spot and the zips were faulty and getting stuck. I wasted so many emails and chatted with 4 reps online on refunding my money back, but nobody paid any attention. It is like talking to the wall.
Every week i would get a reply stating that my case is closed with no explanation whatsoever !! I tried calling and they kept disconnecting on me after their Turkish greeting.

I called them and then only they informed me that some of the dresses are not available and already made a full refund, without even asking me. I would have chosen to send me the other dresses.
Not only this, the money they sent back to me was not a full refund. They took about 10$ for jo reason. Fpr only thier mistake.”

“Modonisa is false advertising, sizes are far too small & material is cheap. Dress size 18 is more like a size UK 12. To pay for returns on goods that are false. They don’t reply & wasting money on returns. Avoid at all cost return procedure is no better they automatically deduct payment even though the package was not even that much in weight. Would rather take it to post office have it weighed. Better still free returns!!!! That way I wouldn’t mind ordering and sending back if fitting was too small. Bust44, waist 39, hips 46. The dresses are not made for women like me. Quality of material is poor, customer service is bad, refund policy is bad, sent numerous e mails never got a reply.
Should not have to pay for returns on goods that are poorly made.
Size chart does not tally with body measurements. Modonisa take account not all women figures are the same.”

A package have been submitted for a refund for over 2 months now and no resolution (the amount isn't refunded)
Every time I call the customer service center they say we will resolve the matter within 24 hours. after I hung up, I receive two emails to my inbox. One that says we opened the case the other says the case is closed!”
