“This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased 8 tunics, skirts, dresses and 1 scarf for £110.91, they sent me a £17.99 dress that I ordered but failed the sent the remaining 8 items.
They keep closing my case and have done nothing to resolve it. I have to keep messaging them on the live web chat but the advisors can't do anything.
Both of the UK numbers DO NOT connect so you can't call them. I requested a call back from the UK Customer Service Team and someone from Dubai speaking Arabic called me.
I have sent them photos of the parcel several times (the package was small with a lot of black scrunched up paper in the bottom). The package was not damaged or opened when I received it but they keep blaming Hermes. The manager confirmed that the items WOULD NOT HAVE been packaged separately.
I requested a call from a manager that I had to wait 3 days for although they promised me a call back the same day and they only called because I kept messaging the web chat. The manager promised to call me the following Monday after looking into things but didn't, so I waited another 3 days for another call back which I had to keep contacting them to do.
The company keep blaming Hermes and then blamed me for not opening the package in front of Hermes and reporting it there and then. Because of covid there is contact less deliveries so they do not wait around for you to open a package.
They sent me CCTV footage as 'evidence' that they packaged all of the items I paid for, but the CCTV footage does not show them actually putting the items into anything and cuts off at a certain point.
The manager and some customer service advisers keep promising that they will deal with it personally but then they never contact me. They lied about trying to ring me and I called them out on it, they also keep closing the case and not contacting me to tell me they've closed it.
I am no further forward to getting a refund. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW 8 ITEMS GO MISSING???? Fair enough forgetting to pack 1 item, but who forgets or neglects packing 8 items??
The package was no where near big enough to fit in 9 items sized 16 (UK) and large.
Their attitude is also appalling, they are quick to contact you if you review them or post something on their page.

“I was not satisfied with my purchase. I purchased 13 items. One of their campaign terms is that you get free shipping if you purchase under 12 items. For one item, they made me pay an extra $25 of shipping. It’s not right, they should be more transparent with customers. In their home page when you click on the area where it says that there is no shipping fee (terms and conditions apply), it doesn’t take you anywhere where it states only 12 items. There is no terms and conditions are, they call it campaign. I could have easily made it 2 purchases and not had to pay for shipping. As much as I love their products, I will not be purchasing from them again.”

“I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not buy from them! Customer service is a joke. I lost a package in August and have been reaching out to customer service since. Even asking them to atleast give me store credit if they are not going to give me a refund. But all they said was they are “investigating” on why the package is lost and was never delivered. UPS Canada told me they cannot do anything and that its modanisa’s responsibility to find the package and provide me with a refund. Its now october and all i get from them is that they are still “investigating”. Do not buy anything from them! I wish i never did even after reading bad reviews I still gave them a chance because i’m turkish also and wanted to give a turkish company my support. Im greatly disappointed. “I ordered some really beautiful looking clothes in August,but I actually never recieved it. At first I got an email saying the order is delayed. I though for myself, that this could happen and was thankful, that they told me beforehand about it. But I waited more than a month without any kind of notifications. So I decidednti reach out the customer service. The first impression was again quite good. Got an email, that my problem reached them. But afterwards: nothing. Really nothing. So I contacted them on Instagram, but they didn't answer until I commented one of their posts. Then they wrote, the customer service will contact me, which it did and like a miracle my order was going to be delivered a few days later. But it didn't. I got an email, in which they wrote they could not reach anyone at home and I have to go get it myself in the nearby package station, which is again totally fine. But the package number they gave me does not exist. They don't have anything with my name nor the number....
This feels like a scam. I so angry and won't stop commenting and reporting them. What an audacity they have to act professional. I want my money back, asap!”
