“I had ordered some items from modanisa on eid and before eid, and now it has been 1 month and more that they are not replying to my any emails and any calls for return help I requested for returns they automatically chose for me the two months return with out any shipping label or something now i am trying to contact them for help how to delete it and make it easy return they are not responding, I would never buy anything from modanisa they are such pain!”
“I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my order. Finally went to site to check on it. Order status said delivered. I did not receive any delivery notification, nor did I receive the package. Unable to talk to a real person to get answers. Don't order from here!!!”
“My first order came in 10 days excellent stuff I immediately ordered another one 18 days past no news where my order is. I am trying to track my order the app says u have no order. I received receipt in email confirming my order and also received hermes code for delivery. Even receiving that code for delivery another 10 days past. Very disappointed 😞 I really can't locate where my order is ? If it coming or not.”
“Ordered a bunch clothes. one dress came damaged and ripped and the others were not the size that was described on their website. Customer service took over 2 weeks to get back to me and when I finally want to return the items THE RETURN SLIP IS NOT SHOWING. Their website also won't let me delete the return order and start again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I used to love Modanisa but most of the dresses I have received recently are thin, cheap or damaged. Do not order from them unless you are patient (but that won't even last) or don't mind loosing money.”
“This website is horrible!!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. I placed about 4 orders. One order was missing 3 items about $30.00 total and the insisted that they shipped but I never received them. My other order, they charged me for it and have not shipped my order for over 10 days. When I sent email to ask when they can ship my order, they replied once that someone will assist me. Well, that "someone" never did. I sent like 10 emails now and no response whatsoever. I am done with this company! Please please don't ever buy from this company to save yourself the trouble.”

“I have ordered 3 sets of nightwear, upon receiving the order, I was surprised that I have received one piece for each set.
When I contacted the customer services team to complain, the answer was that the nightwear only consisted of one piece, bearing in mind that this information was not mentioned on the order, & how can I know what I'm ordering?? the shirt or the pant???
It was my first time to order & will be the last time

I love modanisa app and their clothes, really affordable for all budgets. I have ordered before and was really pleased.
Unfortunately they have hidden charges so be careful. I ordered 26 items for the girls in my house and was charged an extra £11 for delivery when the delivery was free. When inquired they said I had to place an order of 12 items or below. They don't clearly display this information you have to read the small print. So basically the less you buy the better you are. That's a new way to do a business. So I would not be buying from modanisa again and would not recommend to my family and friends. There are other platforms that offer the same range of clothes. Thanks”

“The worst online store I’ve been seen in the past couple of years horrible experience very very late deliveries when we speak about the clothes is like a whole another level of disappointment! it’s like expectation vs reality shopping. Very bad quality horrible materials if you washed three times it’s already for a trash sizing is not realistic and to short us well even if you order a bigger size to fit won’t fit you accept if you are not 150cm and when you try to return something you need to cover international shipping you self in order to return back to them so you can eventually get your money back but that will not gonna happen either because they’re going to say that they haven’t receive the return package”
