My feedback is less than star, Poor quality, the refund policy is very bad as you have to ship all the order back to turkey at the customer own cost, rude customer service. My advise and recommendations is to use another websites to purchase from.

It was worse than one star. They sent faulty items, a ripped dress and a scarf with a huge massive pin stuck on it. Then they asked me to send pics and order numbers. When they received all those , they said it’s not faulty

Please don't order from this website they stole 500 from my credit card. on the black Friday I order 11 items which cost me $146 only, on the same day I received 3 different order numbers for one order. I contacted them by watsupp and email to let them know that I had received 3 different order numbers for the same order but nobody answered. later on I was surprised that they had charged me for the same order in the same day $188.47+ $220.81 + another $220.81 . again I contacted them by whatsup and email and I sent them a screenshot of the order numbers and also a screenshot of the credit card modanisa charges. I haven't heard from them yet. please don't use this website.

La qualité des vêtements est pas bonne (le tissu est cheap) plutôt dans les photos dans leurs site s'apparaissent de bonne qualité. Je vais jamais commander!

I have contacted modanisa customer service since I knew that my package had been received, but actually, I did not receive it and contacted the shipping company(FedEx) as well, and so far I have not received a convincing response. Where is my package? What after the driver said that it was placed in front of the house inhabited by many residents? I was at home at the time mentioned that he delivered the package and despite that the bell did not ring!! It is unreasonable to deliver a package and leave it anywhere and in the end he writes delivered without my sign!!! Is this reasonable?? I wrote my full address and they sent the order with a shipping company(FedEx) whose reviews is too bad and I am not the only one to complain about this shipping company. Finally, my right was lost, I paid money and did not receive what I ordered.

Very disappointed with the feedback absolutely ridiculous, I tryed up put an order in with a 15% off coupon on the app and it wasn't even letting me secure my order kept saying error accured, i get in contact with modanisa waited 2 days on a reply and all i get back is the error has not happened on our side get in contact with your bank, what has my bank got to do with this when the app wouldnt let me secure my order before i could put my card details in ridiculous very annoyed with modanisa why are you given out coupons when there don't work poor customer service

I ordered from this company on May 11,2021. There was three boxes sent to my house and three charges were made to two separate accounts. I kept one box and returned the other two directly to the FedEx driver. Since May 11 to now November 4,2021 I have contacted Modanisa SEVEN times for a proper refund. They refunded the INCORRECT ORDER and charged me for TWO ORDERS. I advised them to reverse the refund and charge it correctly to my account and provide the proper refund for the boxes that were returned and to charge me for what I had. Out of THREE boxes I only kept ONE. I am still being charged for TWO. I provided PROOF of a return label. Their associates had the audacity to ask me if I had the boxes in my house! I have returned them, provided you PROOF OF RETURN! I am showing you my order numbers. NEVER EVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. They act like they care but they truly don’t. It is not the consumers issue if there is an error with your shipping partners. That is your responsibility as a company to handle it. It should be handled without any expense to the consumer. What a waste of my time trying to buy modest clothing with an IMMODEST company

Zurückgeschickt, Rücksendung wurde bestätigt, jedoch muss ich bezahlen/ ABZOCKE! Seit 3 Monaten bestätigt mir jedes mal ein anderer Modanisa Mitarbeiter, dass meine Rücksendung erhalten wurde und abgeschlossen sei. Jedoch kriegt Klarna diese Informationen nicht und ich muss jetzt meine zurückgeschickte Ware an Modanisa inkl. Mahngebühr bezahlen. Und dafür diese Stunden an Arbeit in den letzten 3 Monaten. Nie wieder Modanisa!!!!!

Do not order online as they never send agreed size mentioned on the websites. This is cheating & should be reported. Then no one will help you to refund your dress. 20 UK size will be equals to 12 UK size. Also dress looked used as the size tag was removed and it was not even packed properly. Raised complaint many times, coordinated on email too but no refund processed for my case Issue [11897493]/ Order number 79618852 .DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MODANISA.

a big scam company and I'm going to issue a complaint against them to European Consumer Center-Belgium. So basically, I ordered two dresses and one pajama, the sizes were too large, thus we returned them. They sent a refund for one dress and the pajama, but less than the true value, and didn't calculate the other dress. The issue was pending for more than two months and whenever we call them, they make promises that it's going to be solved soon and that they have prioritized my open complaint. After five calls of follow-ups, one of their customer service advisors said that the difference of the two articles they calculated is the refund fee, and the money for the other dress will be refunded after they investigate it internally, so for two months they were doing nothing and now we have to wait for their internal investigation, which for me looks like a way to keep delaying until the whole issue becomes in the past. I totally don't recommend dealing with them

Do not buy from this company, I bought few items and they have been sent me different colours. So contacted with customer service and asked me to arrange return label . They said do the account I tried I was shocked return postage cost £9.90 it’s not my mistake they sent me different colours so I asked me a free postage label but they refused thankfully I paid by pay pal and I got the refund back.rubbish service

They are not sincere in selling. My items suppose to get refund, already emailed, they claimed they will process but until now still no reply. The reason they cannot posted out the item is because they said address not complete, but despite i already provide the ZIP code, still they say cannot send the items. Embarassing, cheating company. Dont ever buy from them.

I bought 4 Palestinian scarves almost R300 with shipping the amount R575.. They shipping company UPS phoned me I must pay another R700 that is what customs required.. I refused because I feel that is daylight robbery. Very dissapointed.

This is most rubbish and bad customer service I ever seen .been waiting 2 months to get refund ,each time they give me excuses that we have send your issue to the relvent department.. Do not purchase, poor quality clothes too.. very bad customer service .they just want to take money from you and will not give you refund.

Bad company. Clothes don't fit right according to size guides on their site. I had to return some of the clothes I ordered because of bad fit or not quality material. I still don't recommend to buy from Modanisa, their clothes look on the site but not up to standards when recevied, there should be better description of garments. Shop at your own risk. When returning items they don't give you refund.

I had been excited to try out a new company with modest fashion but I was seriously disappointed with the quality of the items I had received (including the smell of cigarette smoke in all of my items!) and the experience I had with trying to return my items. When I first opened my package, I immediately could see the low quality of the fabric and stitching — however, I did know that it was cheap prices and could have been a possibility. What was unpleasantly surprising was the smell of cigarette smoke in each article of clothing. Due to this (and especially because that smell is hard to get out), I wanted to return my items. I used their Easy Return Center and had multiple pages with errors. Then, I could not access my return form or shipping label. I tried reaching out to customer service on Whatsapp without luck and only received auto-generated responses that claimed there was no return shipping info for the order number that I gave. I tried to call their customer service number but was never able to reach them. Now I am stuck with items I do not want, can't return them, and can't get a refund. I definitely will not be shopping with them again and will be telling my friends to avoid their company.

Oh my god I don't think the owner of modanisa is the same owner of last year or Before i had never had such a bad time dealing with return. Please awnser my email for return I have two different orders to return and you have send me only one order shipping label and if it is possible please make them one return so I don't have to pay too much money on return.
