“Company are not bad ,tracking system no use at all , quality of the product we ordered and received was of very poor quality for a 450 pound rug .had to return it at our own cost another 50 pounds .so won't be using this company again.”

“The rug I had ordered was initially not available...and when I requested alternatives the sales didn't respond and the original order arrived soon. It would've been nice if the sales team had indicated that my rug was available now and was on its way. I wouldn't have had to waste time writing and trying to contact you guys.”

“Rug was ok but modern rugs use Hermes delivery service, who are the worst delivery service around. Threw rug over our garden fence, landing in shrubs, took us 2 days to find it after seeing delivery record online. Driver signed it as delivered. Shocking delivery which lets down modern rugs.”

“Rug wasnt how it seemed in the image online. Thought it would be thicker more plush and better quality but for the price, we cant complain. Still looks good in our room. Delivery was on time.”
