“Forgot to dispatch my order, but they quickly took action when I called them. The rug arrived without stain guard, so again I had to call them and they refunded £5 fir je to go and buy it. If they got their act together they would have had 5* fron me, for both rug quality and customer service response.”

“Exceptional service. I ordered a rug in teal/grey and changed my mind about my colour scheme and wanted the same rug in pink/grey. By the time I decided to change my colour scheme I had the rug for severs weeks. When I rang and asked if I could do an exchange they agreed immediately (original rug still in packaging). Very pleased with the service and outcome”

“Rugs are great, the three sizes match well. Issue with courier - went to completely the wrong address and left rugs over fence in back garden on a rainy day. Luckily the rugs were well packed and the homeowner found my telephone number on the label, so I was able to collect the rugs - but not good for an expensive purchase!”

“the photos are extremely misleading. we ordered beige and got grey and its clearly very different to the photos. not even close, but they have gone on to blame lighting, computer screens and also our interpretation of what beige is!!!! Unbelievable, we are completely disgusted.”
