“My order was never delivered. It says it was delivered to my front porch. I live in an apartment building. I have checked the entire building nothing was delivered. Can't get a hold of the delivery company. No proof they actually delivered it. I just get told to contact delivery company. This is a lesson I've learned. I am now out the money. All I was told was contact the delivery company. The delivery company does not answer. Says it will not take a message. I do not believe my stuff was delivered. I believe this is a scam company. And it is unfortunate. I have a feeling this is what they do. I would not order from this company unless you want to throw money away.”
“If I could give 0 I would. They do not send the items on time, when asked for a refund they refused, then asked to give me store credit. I asked for a full refund and they still gave me a store credit. Its been several days that I have asked for a refund and still have not gotten this resolved. Do not purchase from them”

“Positively do NOT buy from Modlily. Clothes are very cheaply made and not sewn properly. Beware: they have the worse return/exchange procedure. They want you to have to eat the cost rather than help do the exchange or return.”

They asked me to send them pictures of the 2 bathing suits that I did receive. I did that last friday and have yet to hear from them. “I ordered a tankini from this company for my holiday. Waited for 3 weeks and my order said it was being processed. I contacted them through chat and was told my order would be processed urgently. Nothing happened so I asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund to my original payment method. Their advisor on chat kept asking me not to cancel but I was adamant I wanted a refund. She finally agreed and said she would get my Modlily account refunded. I explained again that I didn’t want a refund to my Modlily account and would like my money returned to my original payment method. After weeks of emails, with no reply, and conversations with their chat advisors I gave up and ordered something I didn’t want just so I didn’t lose my money. The item has arrived today and to be honest I could have bought it on Shein for £5.00 but paid £28.00 from Modlily. I’ve ended up losing £11.00 in shipping costs and delivery guarantee. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, they do not care about their customers at all! I will never order from them again and I will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.”
“Paid for 2 items on 6/12th then learned one was out of stock. Modlily refuses to reimburse me for the item and is forcing me to accept a store credit. Had to open a PayPal dispute. This business is clearly not built on ethics and integrity. Buyer beware!”
