REALLY disappointed to discover that, instead of taking up the policy renewal as offered, and which represented an approx. 40% increase I was instead able to buy the self same policy from you on line for 20% less. So much for brand loyalty.

still awaiting for the policy to be updated to show business class usage for my wife on ALL documents and an email to confirm this has been done as promised over two weeks ago.

I’m still waiting for the policy to come through the post. As I only have a 14 day cooling off policy this is a concern as I set up the policy 8 days ago

Would be great if i Was told correct information and they didn't just take payments out of my account different to actually direct debit date causing me to go over drawn. No goodwill jesture offered or payment for overdraft they have caused. Told me to contact my bank for help when its there theft that has caused this. Not impressed at all.

Told me I had no policy with more than when I was insured with more than till sept 2018 I bought another policy costing £178 Have since cancelled

I have car and house insurance (but on different addresses) with More Than. The provider failed to match my profile they already have on their database and treated me as a new customer for car insurance. They asked me to provide more documents than needed. There has been a legal change in documents required for car insurance. The staff did not know that. I called the DVLA for them to confirm in writing, so I can pass this on to the staff who then acknowledged that. During all this time of going back and forth after I signed up for an insurance cover via their website, they did not want to insure me. I was anxious to drive my car during this period as it was not insured even though I had submitted all documents lawfully and they had no reason to question them. Regarding my house insurance claim, their claims provider, a third party company, executed it poorly. I was assigned a case manager who repeteadly asked for the same information and ignored the information given. This delayed the process and took months for the claim to come through after numerous attempts of chasing. It did come through eventually and payment was sent to my bank acc. Aproximately 5 months for a simple claim.

spoke to them on two separate occasions reguarding documents not arriving and wrong starting date of policy neither problem sdlved.Will not be using them again and would not recommend them

I had to call the home emergency team as I lost electricity and heating at 7.30 in the evening in November 2014. Someone arrived at 9.15 pm took a quick look at the fuse box and said sorry he hadn't the part but someone would call me. That was it. I would still be waiting now (March) if the next morning I didn't source my own electrician. Noone ever contacted me and I had weeks of trying to get reimbursement. Their slogan OUR PROMISE TO YOU says the following " acknowledge all complaints promptly, investigate quickly and thoroughly, keep you informed of progress, do everything possible to resolve your complaint, use the information from your complaint to proactively improve our service in the future." Despite sending several emails, telephone calling, I was fobbed off continuously. Eventually got a cheque 3/4 weeks after the event. But the hassle I had to get it was very stressful and totally unacceptable.

More than is the worst company I've ever had to deal with when my policy expires I will definitely not be renewing I will also be telling friends and family and anyone who is thinking of taking out a policy to steer well clear from length of time to answer phone calls and there were many to customer service whole experience was shocking.PS this is the only claim I've had to make in 30years
