“Very helpful and knowledgeable. Our house was flooded last year and they knew about floodre. We were able to get our house insured with MORE TH>N at a competitive price.”

“Would be great if i Was told correct information and they didn't just take payments out of my account different to actually direct debit date causing me to go over drawn. No goodwill jesture offered or payment for overdraft they have caused. Told me to contact my bank for help when its there theft that has caused this. Not impressed at all.”

“I took a quote online in which their quote was cheapest among well known companies but when i was directed to their website they increased it by £40 which I think not good.”

“I am a former employee of Royal Insurance. Having spent more than 40 years in the insurance business and qualified FCII I do know a little bit about UNDERWRITING. I would prefer to supply information relating to risk assessment in writing by email instead of being asked questions over the phone by someone following a script.”
