“Site was easy to use but I had an issue with making the payment on line, so I made a phone call and the person who answered was very helpful and things were sorted quickly. Got a great deal.”

“I have been insured with More Than previously but I changed to another insurance company who offered a lower premium for the same cover, however they increased the premium dramatically the following year for no apparent reason so I am pleased to return to More Than.”

“Unfortunately I waited 40 minutes on 2 occasions to speak to a person on the telephone as the online service was undergoing maintenance and was therefore not working. But when I finally got through the advisor was excellent even though it was her first day. She was so helpful and extremely polite.”
