I had an updated broadband service by Morrisons for Vodaphone. Luke O was so professional and very kind and knowledgeable. The communication the day before was really good. And he was so polite and pleasant. Very professional and a clean and professional installation and wiring. Luke O is an asset to this company and I would recommend them.

Absolutely first class service! Blocked drains on a Saturday, they came out quickly via a call to Welsh water and unblocked it. Friendly and efficient đź‘Ť

Stu visited today to fit my smart metre. He messaged the day before to check I was expecting him, gave me an arrival time and arrived spot on time. He worked very efficiently and effectively, was extremely respectful and polite and left the work area spotless. Thank you, Stu.

A young man, Mr Scruby, called to take a meter reading and while doing this, noticed a tar-like substance leaking from the supply box. He was worried that it may be dangerous and made several calls as he had never seen anything like this before. He contacted the electricity distribution network and reported the problem. I would like to say a big thank you, and am very impressed with the service I received.

Just had my smart meter installed this morning. An outside meter, the rain coming down in stair rods, and the ground flooding as the storm drains over mastered. The young Operative checked that the area just about sheltered enough for him to proceed, did a grand job in appalling conditions. Cheerful, personable, on time, found the place (out in the sticks and difficult). Really went the extra mile, in utter refutation of most of the rest of the experiences reviewed. Good job done well by an excellent Operative. Thank you.

We were very pleased with work carried out for Scottish Power in our Edinburgh street by Morrisons Utility Services, during a freezing day and night in January 2021 when we were without power. We were given an emergency diesel generator, and were treated in a courteous, cheerful and friendly way by the men, who fixed the problem and restored our power after twelve hours. The holes in the road were neatly filled in and re-tarred a couple of days later. We can definitely recommend Morrisons Utility Services.

Basically they came to read my meter's on the 10th of September on behalf of Bristol Energy, we are on the priority list, and the person who read the meter's put the wrong figures and my direct debit went up more than double for my October direct debit basically I pay ÂŁ85 , and the direct debit for October bill is ÂŁ270.00 and because of this someone from this company is supposed to of come out on the 1st of October, and Bristol Energy have not received my new reading so can not change the direct debit for the 12th of october.so I will have to cancel my direct debit until it is sorted not very impressed with this situation

Aggressive, rude, disrespectful and arrogant. They parked on our drive and when approached to ask what they were doing and just ask them not to park on the drive, we were told to F### off! Just completely disrespectful and no need, just answer the question and be polite, it costs nothing!!

I heard Morrison utility lost a huge portion of work throughout the country due to extremely bad work and I’m really glad. The company should be closed down completely, they’re all like have ex cons and community service on your property One morning I got up to find my garden being dug up, I asked what was happening, I had to ask several times what are you doing, in a really strong Irish accent all I got was “water leak” No more information. I rung Yorkshire water and after ten minutes I was told why they are here, no one told me or even asked if they could do this. The pipe was dug up lots of times throughout a year because Morrisons didn’t know how to fix a leaking pipe. I put complaints in when they flooded my kitchen, Morrisons said ring water company but Yorkshire water would say ring Morrisons. In the end I said to Yorkshire water I’m fed up of this you are the ones responsible because you sent round these inbreds to repeatedly dig up more garden damaging the flags the wall flooding my kitchen and I’ve had no compensation for the damage. I also had a lock cut off my gate and my garden furniture was stolen, this happened on the day that Morrisons workers kept asking for the key and I said I can’t leave a key with you it’s the only one I have and if you don’t leave it or lose it I’m screwed. So I do know they stole my furniture while cutting the lock off They also left two huge holes in front of my door for over two weeks and each time I rung they said we’ll send someone out today, Yorkshire water weren’t much better feeling me the holes have been filled, it was so stupid the conversation that I said so I’m imagining these huge holes in front of my door that are so big if I step forward I’ll fall down break my legs and sue you! I promise you having Morrisons utility on your land is like having community service on the Rob in your garden and cannot be trusted, on their last visit I had a parcel stolen off the doorstep Never trust them I hope they are closed down very soon

Alleged water leak (no sign of this) & Yorkshire water used Morrison Utility Services to repair; an abysmal company; poor work, no warning & everything done to suit their convenience. Shocking standard of work; no lights on road closure barriers, poor barrier security no attention to safety. 3 hour job (at most) resulted in unnecessary road closure for over a week! Restoring verge a real botch job; an absolute joke of a company-Yorkshire water should be ashamed of using them. This is the second time they have done the same in a few years & each time they have been a disaster. Unprofessional, incompetent & disorganised.

I think you can go through life believing the best in people, trusting they'll respect you or your home as you respect them. But the people from Morrison Utilites in the yellow jackets saying "Yorkshire Water" that we have had around our home are not those people. Keep you iPhone video app. turned on, maybe have a neighbour as witness.

14.45 hrs 11.08 near to Morrisons superstore. Dangerous driving, tailgating, rude gestures and verbal abuse. Driver with ginger beard.

They came to my house without any appointment, my mum is vulnerable and my dad is sick, very rude and aggressive coming to houses without any appointments to look around to check, they should put these people in prison breaking the house privacy and putting old people in danger. Avoid letting these people in your house.

Disrespectful aggressive attitude from the fitter, cut off my gas, and left, got that fixed in 20 minutes from an actual gas engineer. Grumpy, critical, patronising, and worst of all projecting his political views. Totally unprofessional
