“poor quality clothes that are overpriced. materials are cheap and the cut of everything is wrong. it also costs way too much to return. will never buy from here again”

“This is one of the worst places to order from don't even BOTHER!! I had ordered a dress for my birthday on December 2, and it did not arrive until January 8 and the tracking information is terrible you get no good tracking on your parcel and now I have no idea where my dress is I'm never ordering from here again.”

“I live in the US, but from what I am reading it does not matter. This place is the worst! Big bucks for a return when their size chart is totally wrong. I ordered something for my daughter that says it would be 27" waist, they are barely 25". No exchange, only return, but sorry, it will be $23...oh and it's too late because you only have 14 days. Well, Christmas present strike out!”

“I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same pants which were on sale for $64. Once trying the to return one, the shipping label cost $24! So I will be getting back less than half the money I paid for the pair of pants. And they have no way for you to make exchanges. Waste of money is you are in the U.S.”

“I ordered on black and got everything cheap - thank god because the quality so bad! I ordered a size small - and I’m pushing a medium - and the shirts were all too big. The skirt I ordered was silk and already had pulled threads and had the weirdest waits line and cut I had ever seen, as well as the slits being uneven. Wouldn’t pay full price, let alone what I did for these”

“Ordered x2 XS dresses and they fit like potato sacks on me. Not recommended for petite girls. Bizarre sizing seems ideal for 7 ft models with a flat chest and broad man shoulders.”

“DO NOT purchase from here if you’re in the U.S. and you may need to return any items!! I purchased over $100 worth of clothes that did not fit, so I followed their instructions to return. I paid $20 for the shipping label, which shows it was delivered to the U.K. over a month ago. Their support team is claiming they have not received it and I need to go through USPS support. They advertise “Easy Returns” on site.. this has been the most difficult process I’ve encountered.”

“My daughter ordered a top from them. It arrived creased, bobbled, with the design on it worn off in places. It had obviously been washed and the scrunched up labels reattached. She returned it - bought another- slightly better although not nearly £40 worth- washed it - as instructed and it leaked colour everywhere. Over priced, cleverly marketed, cleverly photographed but really not worth the money.”

“Bought a top for my daughter. It was too small so returned it. They sent it back to me saying no refund as there was make up on it. My daughter had no make up on when she tried the top on and on inspection of the top there is not one single make up mark on it. This is disgusting as I now have to go through agro of trying to argue and get my refund. I will not buying from here again if this is what happens. Be careful when returning - Motel Rocks need glasses!!!”

“My sister bought a dress from you a few weeks ago, it was terrible, see through and cheap yet she paid £38 for it! She tried to return it and Motel Rocks replied and said her refund had been rejected because it was "returned in a bad state and covered in make-up" haha what a lie, my sister doesn't even wear make-up. If anyone has watched Joe Lycett you will know that companies do this, so they don't have to give you a refund. Very bad service and untrustworthy. Don't buy from this company, they just try to steal your money......”

“Don’t order! It says quick delivery and easy returns and that’s wrong. I had to wait so long and had to pay 8,60€ for my returns. That’s outrageous.. I hope that I get the rest of my money back!”
