We are both 40 year engineers and know what we are talking about with measured incidence data so your teams response was unacceptable and leaves a concern in my mind about your support”
“My ARF Plus Freewing F-18 had its flap and aileron servo reversed internally. I had to take the connector off the wing and re-install the servo connectors the right way. Not a huge undertaking but your Q/C needs better oversight. A less technical person would have been calling in to Motion to figure out what to do.”
“The time between order confirmation and ship notification seems to have doubled. I used to be impressed with how quickly, usually next day, Motion would ship.”
“I have found they are great for small ticket warranty items but larger, higher priced items they have consistently refused to replace. If anyone else sold freewing planes in the u.s, of which I have many, I would shop there instead.”
“Some of the products sold are defective or have defective crash causing parts such as defective wire harness and there is no recourse but to suck it up. I can understand not believing the customer. i.e. can't send picture of a Y harness where only one cable works and the other doesn't. One has to be very careful looking for defects or crash causing situations before putting the foamies in the air.”

“It was a 10 but the last 3 models I’ve got the foam is a little different. It’s more fragile and they come with more defects seems like the QC has changed and also maybe the foam ratios. Still great models just wish they were like the wear”
