“I had a couple planes with issues. One had a bad retract and one a flap servo. You replaced them but I had to ruin the paint on brand new planes replacing the faulty parts and my paint didn't match well i had color matched. The other reason is the recent price increase. I understand you had to with all the cost going up. Just the increase on some airframes for foam is to much on what I am willing to pay.”

“Good products generally and decent prices. Have had excellent support in the past but have had to drop the score from a 10 as a recent problem has gone unresolved and Motion seem to have gone back on helping as they said they would when I first found the problem”
