“As much as i like the people working at motion RC with the great communication and above and beyond helpfulness you guys can’t be trusted to have reliable prices. The extra £12 import charges are lazy the 10% is pure greed, it’s totally reliant on the apple type following. I will still buy from mostion RC but there will have to be nowhere else

“Sadly now the UK is out of the EU it may now not be cost effective any longer to buy from Motion RC now that FedEx also apply an administration charge on top of the VAT collection on behalf of the UK government albeit that I have just recently made a purchase! “The request for an image of my drivers license to "verify ID" was highly unusual and not appreciated. I've done online business with many other companies spending much more money and have never been asked to and a picture of my ID. It made me question the legitimacy of this business and the security of my credentials. I do not understand how you think you are verifying ID if I'm not standing there to compare my photo ID to myself.”
“First plane I ordered arrived damaged and it as a hassle to get replacement parts. I brand new bind and fly should not need hours of repairs out of the box. The quality of the paint was poor and the landing gear on the F8F Bearcat has no suspension at all and is just glued into the foam of the wing. Landing on grass with even the smallest bumps causes cracks in the foam. One landing gear popped out on a landing and needed to be glued back into the wing. There was very little original glue to hold it into place. The plane does look nice but the finishing quality of the plane is not up the the standards of other brands.”
“So far I am buildin my first purchase (Nexa A-24 Banshee ARF) and there are many issues. Many things said to be done but no instructions. Not sure if you guys are recomendable”
“Good responses for defective parts replacement. Miss option to buy Dynam models regardless of quality problems. Unwilling to pay over $400 for foamy or balsa ARF models. Would like to see some medium sized/less expensive balsa/ply scale model kits and builders supplies.”
“I like how you guys do things and treat your customers, but the price of your newer planes is creeping higher and higher and I'm getting priced out of your models and find myself buying used or buying from other brands. If you could re-focus some attention on less expensive models, that would be great.”
“Unwillingness to back a product that was flown after proper pre-flight checks and landing safely was a huge turnoff. I don't know if I will buy any parts from Motion RC again. I firmly believe the product was defective. It may have only been a 20 dollar part, but the firm unwillingness to help was part of a very poor customer service policy in my opinion.”
“Would have put a higher score the planes are great. But this £12 collection fee for the collection of vat is quite high. I know out of rc motion control. But it’s a factor when buying only bits and bobs. Will still buy planes and recommend people to buy. but not just 100 euro purchases as it’s not worth it”
