On the other hand, too many items are out of stock for months whitout a notice from MotionRC about whether they will be available again in the near future. This leaves a lot to desire with MotionRC communication department. If a given item turn out to be discontinued, then point that out clearly on the website. "Out of stock" should be written as "temporarily unavailable" i.e. "to be restocked" and not "discontinued" which really means "gone forever". Dig?”
“As far as MotionRC service it is very likely. From a manufacturer quality not so much. I have purchased 3 planes. All 3 had quality issues. Some you fixed, some I bought spare parts to fix. Spare parts also seem like line rejects at the factory. Your manufacturer needs a quality control department badly.”
“You would get a 10, but the EU policy for not applying VAT at source is causing a lot of trouble and additional cost.
May I suggest:
1) opening a UK outlet for MotionRC; and
2) lobby the EU to reinstate proper trade links with the UK.

“Like the helicopter; however, the instructions seem to be written by a translator from a foreign language to English with incorrect or missing words that don’t make sense. So it makes it difficult to understand how to properly operate the helicopter. Also, it is difficult to change the batteries.”

Shipping was great customer service was ok but replacement parts are sometimes hard to get
Over all it’s not a bad deal when you buy one but I wish the electronics was better and replacement parts were easier to get ahold of”
