“Overall the model is good although the bolts provided where to short so I had to purchase other bolts this could of been avoided if longer bolts were provided to cater for all the set up scenarios”
“Service. It would be a higher score if it didn't take days for your facility to generate an order. For example, I placed a simple order on 1/4/21, but the order info wasn't sent to Fed Ex until 1/6/21. Years ago, orders would be sent out the same day.”
“They have reasonable shipping and great warranties for small items. They have given me significant pushback on larger items in the past. If I could rate just the warranty service it would be 2 or 3.”

I bought the Nexa tiger moth
Nice made model although the motor mounting bolts were too short
I understand the plane comes with a few options set up wise I went for the setup which was recommended on the motionrc website
To solve the problem wouldn’t it of been easier to have 100mm bolts as standard which would cater for all setups rather than the 80mm which were too short meaning I had to go and purchase.

“You guys have a large array of choices. I will say this however, it would be better if you guys would offer receivers installed. I buy all my receivers from Horizon hobby and install them in your planes. If there was somebody there who could put together orders and maybe install servos or receivers etc. then I would buy a lot more stuff from you. The one thing I wish I could have is the almost ready to fly models offered with servos and a motor. I would pay top dollar for something like that. And example is the cub that is green with military markings. It’s almost ready to fly so it’ll take me three or four hours to put it together. I don’t want to spend that much time on it. I’ve bought 20 planes from you this year at least and another 40 from horizon hobby. Those numbers would be reversed if you had someone on your staff that would customize orders. People who are new to the hobby don’t even know how to put receivers in let alone servos. You lose a lot of business without selling fbind and fly items”

“The models are very detailed for the price you pay for, however there are usually issues you have to fix from factory. For me it was the wrong grease on the propeller shafs and the wrong speed controller installed in the model boats I bought.”
“I love your products... BUT.. I'm not a big fan of your new warranty (30 day) policy... I frequently buy an airplane and don't even open the box for several months... Then when I do get to it... The warranty is dead?? I'm sure I'm not the only one... Just saying.. I'm an honest guy and wouldn't file a warranty claim if it was MY fault...

“My circle of friends prefer Balsa built planes rather then foam. Your admiral receivers are great and work with Spektrum seamlessly with added features, at a lower price then oem. You also have good pricing and quality on batteries.”
“Would be a 10 if it wasn't for what seems to be Review Star I voted on my one purchased product which unfortunately was never counted. I suspect that reason resulted in fakery.(was not satisfied with product and resulting response with service ticket)
