“I would inform a friend. Although Freewing’s latest RC aircraft are easy to assemble, older WWII acft such as the P-38 will take considerable time to assemble. I all five aircraft I have purchased from Motion, the assembly manuals are very poorly written. I understand Motion uses Chinese manufacturers and they provide “draft” assembly instructions. However, Motion is remiss I’m not employing a “Tech Writer” to edit, correct, and clarify the Chinese provided assembly manual.
I would also advise my friend that Motion USAF jets... F-4 and F-15, do not provide the possibility or options to correctly arm them. The Motion F-4 does NOT have the four fuselage mounted AIM-7 Sparrows that we’re required in ALL weapons loadouts. The Motion F-15 also fails to provide standard or optional capability to install the F-15’s four fuselage mounted AMRAM missiles. People who know these aircraft may not be totally satisfied”

Ok, so you can't offer free shipping to your Canadian customers, but why not reduce the shipping charge by the amount it cost to ship to a USA address?

Plus a better diagram on where decals go and what type of decals that they are in the kit and The decals need to be a number set based on the directions, for an example decal number one goes to said location number one based on directions. “I like the Shrike and Havok designs but I had several issues due to design flaws in the spinner /prop adapter, and push-rod clip assembly in the Shrike. Support was responsive but there guidance less than stellar.. I recommended some minor mods to the manual to address the technical issues I had but this fell on deaf ears.. The other big concern I have is the foam is not EPP and it will likely blow up like a balsa crunchie if I ever have a hard landing.”
