“Reasonabley good website. Not overlong delivery time (around a week) although Spanish companies deliver 24to48hrs for slightly less charge. Del. charges can be a little prohibitive when ordering one or two small items (ie Benchcraft) reasonable range of planes but I like civil aviation and prefer e-flite and fms. Good range of accessories although more expensive than other sources. Very good order confirmation and tracking information. Interesting YouTube content as well.

I also like to build from scratch or a kit and you are not big into that. “Lack of resolving an issue with a brand new model I received that had an issue with a wing slat. I was told it would be “ok” and to go fly it just don’t crash. I have been flying RC for over 35 years and have a Turbine wavier and fly Helis as well. I’m concerned that a secondary control surface that doesn’t retract correctly will not be ok.
I have since then ordered a new slat to hopefully resolve the issue myself before I maiden the plane.

“Postage to Australia is more expensive than the item in most cases especially aircraft, I know it is not your fault but it is a big deterrent to ordering items from you when a customer sees free postage for a item anywhere in the USA and we have to pay in most cases over $400”
