I have heard about "legendary customer service" but have not experienced it. What I have experienced is excuses about why my items showed up two days late, no one taking responsibility for faulty products, questions not being answered in a timely manner, and products that are back ordered for over 5-weeks

I paid for shipping so the package would be at my house in 21 business days, either way, it has gone over 21 days and it hasn't come far from you, got sent from USPS yesterday, the 21th day after I ordered the package. Also I would like to say that you say it is "free shipping" on orders over 99$, I ordered for 134$ and I had to pay 13$ extra for shipping.

Per our shipping policy, which can be viewed here [Motion RC Shipping Policy](https://www.motionrc.com/pages/shipping-policy), Free Shipping only applies to orders shipped in the 48 continuous US States. All other locations are not eligible for free shipping per our shipping policy. The shipping service that you selected is bulk and inexpensive and offers little tracking once the package has been exported. If you have not received the package, please contact your local post office as they will handle the final delivery to you. Some countries will hold these shipments for payment of duties and/or taxes. usalley I get two batteries when I make an oderand everytime one of my batteries has a bad cell. not cool on a 6 cell batterie. this has happened more than once.my falt for not saying anything, but its too much of a hassle to send back.

Someone messed up real bad! I paid close to 20 usd for good shipping service, and have not gotten my parts because they went for a horribly long trip to Europe. Order was placed on January 10 (5 to 10 days average is what the shipping option said), and by today it has not yet arrived (January 31st). Eventhough it will make for an interesting tale to tell one of my planes has been grounded since.

I ,am very surprised you sell a charger listed a/c d/c power supply for $200.00 that only comes with a/c power cord .I could expect this from a charger costing $100.00.I talked with Martin Monday he said he would look into to date no word .not to bust your bubble H/H sells the d/c cord for $3.98 cents I ordered one from them its a great charged with a/c cord.I have bought batt. from you people they are great,maybe you should look into carrying the cord for the charger thanks bill

On your web site it says that the Panther F9F requires a battery with an XT60 connector. I bought the Admiral battery from you with the XT60 connector based on your inaccurate info. You were wrong. The F9F requires a T connector battery. Now I'm in the process of getting an adapter for an XT60 to a T. I'm very disappointed.

The plane now comes with an XT60 connector. The plane used to have a T-connector installed from the factory. It does not appear that you purchased the plane from us so we have no way of verifying what connector was supposed to be installed when the plane was originally purchased.

You only seem to care about customers in the USA and as such it doesn't seem to matter how much you pay for shipping it takes FOREVER to first get despatched from your warehouse, and then the postal/freight is another story. My latest (and will be my very last) purchase has sat doing nothing in the USA for 10 days so far. My last order took 3 months to arrive-and before you blame postage etc, tower hobbies can deliver at the same cost in 7-10 days EVERYTIME, same with z couple of other shops I deal with in the USA. This was me giving motion a second chance-I even picked a more expensive shipping option, but no differrence. Maybe you need to ask yourselves who you really want as customers-if it's just domestic USA then simple-don't sell to overseas, but if you are intrested in the overseas customers you need to sort your shipping out-5 days processing time is not good and 10 days where my package is doing nothing but sitting in the US is also not good, especially when I paid For a more expensive shipping option this time around.

I question the quality of their brands, and who does the "quality control" - not sure if its done in house or just assumed to take place overseas where the models are manufactured. At any rate, they have less than satisfactory customer service. I'll spend money elsewhere.

I bought a second T-28 V4 from Motion RC because the nose gear on the first one quit working. I tried to fix it with a replacement nose gear but it also was bad - the grub screws on the sides were missing. Now I have three flights on the second T-28 V4 and the nose gear quit working - it won't go up or down. I am thoroughly disgusted with the quality control on this product and my feelings about Motion RC are not too good either.

Assembly is dificult, EPO foam is very fragile, it can be damaged by applying decals. Instructions are not clear. I have a issue with the lights (green light is solid, red light flashes) I called tech support, they where no help, he could not even tell me if they are suposed to flash. His answer was to not plug in the lights. What a stupid answer. This will likely be my last Motion RC purchace.

Motion RC handled my order (2 lipo batteries & bottle of Locktite) quickly and efficiently. USPS routed it from Chicago through Miami; Oklaca, FL; Key West and Springfield, MA to get to my home in CT. 2-day priority took 6 days

Fast processing and shipping. Aircraft looks great, very detailed. During initial set up both flap servos failed (with control rods disconnected); one got so hot that it deformed the plastic case. Apparently they are of low quality putting the other servos, and safety of the aircraft, into doubt. I have experienced only three servo failures in 38 years of RC flying. Customer service was quick in responding; however replacement servo is out of stock with no estimate of availability.

Shipping is too high on small orders. $8 shipping on a small servo, come on. This why I buy my small stuff somewhere else.

Sent wrong batteries had to return wrong ones, got the correct batteries sent and received ok.
