“Worst company I have ever dealt with. After 25 emails,12 telephone calls still no date when SLT will make a decision As a family,we are so stressed and very dissatisfied with the disgraceful service from this awful company. The offer of finance came in 5 mins the rejecting of a non road worthy car has taken over 10 weeks so far. To receive a manager call back is a 'Service' the company don't seem to do. Read about this company before you go ahead with their finance.”

“MotoNovo SCAMMED ME OUT OF $120,000 I had been investing for more than two months, but when I tried to make my first withdrawal, I started to feel doubtful. They locked my account with over $120,000 and asked me to contact customer service. They have been ignoring my requests to withdraw. “If you want your sanity stay away from this company with a barge pole. Worst car finance company. Used for a used car low milage and premium brand car engine had a major failure in less than 2 years I owned it. Emailed for advice as the it's not fir for purpose and hasn't lasted a reasonable amount of time. They don't want to know just want their monthly payment. Recently in I'll health and not able to work but still not interested just standard copy and paste replies. Guys and girls if it's good it's good but support and help from this company is non existant. 1 would give no stars but no option for that. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS LOT”

“I do not have access to my account at this time, and the email address I previously used to contact them has returned an error message stating that the domain no longer exists. I cannot adequately express my feelings, particularly as my hard-earned money seems to have disappeared. Thankfully, I was able to recover my funds with the assistance of lilo grace 75 @ .C0M. “I took out finance with moto nova for my vehicle.covid came and they offered myself a 3 month payment break. They also offered me a payment break when I had an accident at work.plus they never charged myself added intrest. They where fantastic in supporting me.”

“Purchased a used car with finance from MotoNovo. Due to a bodged repair I contacted MotoNovo Vehicle Quality Team for help. I rejected the car the car dealer became very unprofessional and argumentative but, despite having to wait several weeks for a claims handler to be appointed the arranged a 3rd party examination of the vehicle and supported my rejection. All money I had paid out including deposit, contribution to repair costs and payments made even a small but very welcome compensation payment. 1st class service”
