Overall using i3 was a positive experience. I was quite picky about which car I wanted, but Natalie and Jan were really patient with me and found me a great car. On delivery there were a couple of unexpected issues with the car- Mike was helpful with this and I’m hoping that these problems can be resolved via i3 and the dealership. Would recommend to others and would probably use again.

Thanks to Gurk who sorted out the delivery of my car. I'm happy to eventually have the car with me now and a great car it is. I understand i3 finance have had problems with a car delivery company who have let them down which has let customers down. I would suggest for i3 finance to communicate better with customers and update them with regards to the delivery of cars. Honestly is the best policy,but Thanks Gurk for being professional and correcting the error.

I am sorry to hear about the delivery issues, we did recently go through a stage of issues when the fuel crisis hit and our subcontractors struggled to get about. Great news your happy with Gurk he will be very happy!

I 3 Finance has messed me about saying they would deliver the on a date and then changed it to another date,said it would be with us at 10am no car turned up so phoned them after midday and they said the driver who was bringing the car had caught Covid,They have now said it will be with me the next day,I'm hopeful,but not holding my breath.They could do with a training course in customer service as they say they will call you but they don't and you got to chase them up for updates,It's an absolute joke.

Hi Tom, Firstly, can I say how very sorry we are with your experience. I will be speaking to the customer service manager tomorrow and arranging a call back, this is not the level of service we wish to be providing. Unfortunately a mixture of COVID-19 (shortage of drivers), and more recently the fuel crisis have impacted our service levels. The majority of our drivers are independent freelance subcontractors and all of which are struggling to drive cars from job to job, in terms of the fuel crisis this has put immense pressure on our customer service levels with many jobs getting held up or sometimes even cancelled at the last minute. This unexpected incident as flooded our customer service team and as a consequence we are not providing the levels of service we would like to be, as a result of this next week we have new team members joining our customer service team to assist us with the increased demands we are faced with. I appreciate you are still inconvenienced with our service levels and as I said I will be arranging a call back ASAP. Regards i3.finance

I have ordered a car from this company which was supposed to come at 10am today. They then delayed it to 4pm, I am now still sat here waiting at 8pm and had no update from the company - nobody is answering the phones and they clearly had gone home. Absolutely shocking customer service and now I have entered into an agreement, paid for insurance and have no car to show for it.

Was expecting a car to be delivered to my work today, after taking a bus and walking 2 miles to get to work, to be told the car I was buying was a complete right off on the day it was supposed to be delivered was should I say, without expletives, very tiring, stressful, disappointing and very upsetting, especially as I’d signed a finance agreement and paid a months deposit without receiving the car….after spending a whole 9 hours at work on my feet, had to walk another 2 miles to catch the bus home…..I’ll be calling you tomorrow!!!

My account manager was excellent from start to end the process was so simple and worked around my work schedule working nights with limited availability. Natalie kept me informed every step of the way and my old car was taken away upon delivery of my new Focus. Very happy, would certainly use again!
