“Within 2 weeks of having the car it broke and needed to be recovered. They wouldn’t offer a courtesy car therefore I had to pay for it myself.”

“I was helped massively by Eric, he made the process simple, answered any questions or concerns I had and made it an overall great experience. I purchased a Jaguar XF-R Sport which was under market value which shocked me but when it was delivered it was in outstanding condition. I would highly recommend vehicle purchase through them.”

“Motor market/i3.finance done a great job in general just a shame the dealer/car garage was not very good to make sure the car was in a good state to be delivered just a few little problems that could’ve been sorted by them and things well the delivery company said they was going to deliver at 2 pm running late two hours then I get told at 4 it was going to be another two hours after that so it didn’t turn up till 6:30 in the evening in the end without any communication from the delivery company shame their partners that they work with let them down but in general i3 finance not too bad.people that work there are very professional”

“Applied on the 7th. Ginette my first person of contact was great helping secure me my car of choice. Since taking my order and signing the finance agreement the level of service has declined drastically, first I was told 7 days delivery, then 5 days, now 3 weeks,I only find these things out if I call in. The pre inspection was cancelled and i only found this out after calling to see how it went on the day of the actual inspection. Promises of call backs never happen. I will probably give it to the end of the week and cancel my order and the finance down to purely terrible communication and service, I'm beginning to wonder if this is actually a scam. A search on companies House shows they have changed their name at least twice, perhaps I should have checked that first.”
