“I used this service in November to pick up from airport and again to return to airport from drop off location. I was very impressed with the timely collection from both ends. Both drivers were most courteous, friendly and I can also commend them on their driving! I will definitely use their service again. Thank you. Yvonne”

“Mozio was a dependable transportation service for our arrival and departure out of Osaka. We had a negative experience with the arrival and Lucas Flores responded right away and even extended a credit. The negative experience was with the driver and the type of car the vendor (Elife Limo) sent. The departure however, went very efficiently and smoothly. The driver with EFG Cars was excellent. He arrived as scheduled, loaded all our bags, ensured our comfort and got us to the airport without a hitch. I will definitely use Mozio for future transportation needs.”

“The car was on time and I didn't have any trouble at all. Also, the driver was kind enough to carry my belongings and put it in and out of the car. Also, when I changed my booking, it wasn't tricky at all. All procedures were very smooth. This service is highly recommended. Also, the price is very reasonable.”

“I booked car service from airport to resort. My flight was delayed causing a pick up to be a day later, so I let them know I would need pick up the next day. They said once a driver is assigned to you that is it. The driver could not pick up us and they would not reassign a new driver nor refund our money.”

“We had booked a transfer from Lombok to Denpasar airport through Mozio. I asked them about the details of the transfer (pick-up time, route, ship, speedboat or plane, etc.) - only answer was that it is not a limousine but a Sedan. Who cares about that???? Then at the supposed pick-up time (12:00) no driver showed. We waited another 15 min., still no one appeared. Since the last ship transfer to Bali is schedules at 13:00 we organized a private transfer to Denpasar at my own cost 😡. 40 min. later the driver called me, that he is waiting in front of the hotel! At that time we were already on the boat to Denpasar! Do NOT consider Mozio as partner if you want to reach a flight reliably!”

“Have used Mozilla all over south east Asia and can’t fault them good. Cars good drivers and way cheaper than hotel cars or taxis always waiting at airport with my name on a card”

“Astonishingly poor service. My driver was not there when my plane landed, and they made no contact with me until 10 minutes after the scheduled time. By this time I was waiting in a foreign airport for 25 minutes with no way of contacting the driver. Mozio still charged me, as the driver claims they were there. This is not the case, the airport is miniscule and we spent time asking drivers were they there for us. The driver submitted fabricated evidence suggesting they were there, which Mozio accepted without question. It seems in cases of dispute Mozio will always side with the driver.”

“I was in Punta Cana, DR I would have given 5 stars. The drivers were good, vans were nice ,comfortable and clean and ok time. The hotel evacuated us the day after hurricane Fiona and move 700 people to various hotels. I called contacted Mozio and the local transportation company and they had the nerve to charge us an additional 37 Usd because we were at a different hotel basically the same distance from our original hotel. Not our fault. This is taking advantage of us. The round trip cost only 20usd.”
