“We had a good experience with Mozio from start to finish. The driver arrived a few minutes early and kept in touch through the What’s app. Not only were they incredibly punctual, but they were also friendly, and helped with our heavy luggage. The ride was smooth.”

“We booked this service through JetBlue and our tracking link/text told us one driver and the driver that showed up was a completely different person. He was over 45 minutes late picking us up. It was 1:30am by the time we finally showed but I tried calling the "manager" and the driver several times, no answer. I only got refunded $9. Fast forward to our transportation home from hotel to airport (had no idea it was the same company) he was supposed to arrive 3pm. At 315 he still wasn't there again no one answered any phone calls. At 3:05 I called for an Uber and as we left the parking lot, I saw the driver pull in. I called mozio right away and told them I wanted a refund for both experiences. They said they will refund in 72 hours if the company can't prove they were ontime which I have text screenshots to prove they weren't. NEVER AGAIN!!!!”

“Early Text messages informing me of the whole process. On Arrival I was met by their Rep who was holding up a Tablet with my name clearly showing so that I could identify him. He then accompanied me to their office where I was immediately introduced to my driver. He was fluent in English so there were no language barriers. The journey to my hotel was smooth and quick.”

“Our driver communicated with us prior to the flight to confirm our flight # and arrivals times. He was waiting when we exited with a message board so we could find him easily. He was professionally dressed and escorted us to the car. He loaded all the bags with care, and drove us safely and unerringly to our hotel. During the trip we had just the perfect amount of conversation.”
