“There was confusion on arrival as the driver was not at the arrivals hall, as described in the instructions.I had to call the helpdesk in Hong Kong which delayed us by about 30 mins.The driver's explanation was that, he was waiting at the lower level as his large vehicle was not allowed on the arrival hall parking area due to it's height.However, the driver did make his was up to the arrival hall once he received a call from Hong Kong and was very polite and apologetic.”

“Perfect meet and great at the airport. Clean and comfortable car with waten on board. Driver even stopped for us to get food for the kids as it was a late night transfer. Just can recommend the service”

“As a solo traveller in a new country I had some difficulty locating the driver at the airport which was a bit daunting but the staff ensured constant communication with the driver and sorted it out in the end”

“After arriving alone from England ( I am a mature lady passenger ) at the airport I had pre booked a taxi to take me to the hotel. This taxi company had made it easy for me to locate the person I was to meet who then took me to an waiting taxi. I was met by a lovely lady taxi driver who was very friendly and made my half hour journey a very relaxed and pleasant experience. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company”

“Our driver arrived early (in San Francisco), was very courteous and drove very well. She also provided snacks and water. Booking was easy and there were several follow-up emails and texts to confirm the booking and when the driver would be arriving.”

“We had booked taxi with Mozio that was supposed to pic us up from side sun hotel to antalya airport. The taxi driver didn't show up and we tried to call Mozio and the taxi driver several of times but nobody answered us. Later somebody answered and they tried to come in touch with the taxi driver but no answer from him. So we booked 2 other taxi that picked us up from other company to drive us to antalya. We had to paid 130 euro to the other taxi company because Mozio taxi company did not come. The person that we spoke to she said that you will pay Back for all the cost, cost from Mozio company and the cost for the other taxi company. The only paid back 47 usd. This is not okay at all. We got very stressed out and we were 12 person and 2 taxi with a lots of luggages and we barely fitted in the taxi car. We almost mist our flyet because if this. ”
