“DON'T USE HEYCARS.CN WHO IS MOZIO's PARTNER IN SINGAPORE. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. Mozio was absolutely terrible in Singapore. Their partner, Heycars.cn are the worst. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I missed a connection to Singapore from Taiwan and notified Mozio who notified Heycars.cn at 8:10am or FIVE hours before my scheduled pickup. We were able to get on a new flight that came in two hours later. They said their driver was booked and couldn't pick us up later and that we should make a new booking if we wanted a new pick up time. So are you saying you have or DO NOT have available drivers to pick us up later? They were well aware that we wouldn't be landing at the pre-designated time and decided to show up anyway to "PROVE" that they were there to insist on getting paid. The whole reason I notified them early was to make sure that some poor person wasn't waiting aimlessly for an hour to pick us up when we weren't going to show up. And instead they show up anyway to take pictures to show that they were there so they can get paid. LOL. Delays and missed connections happen all the time. It is honestly shocking to to me the terrible customer service. They said that I let them know last minute - five hours hardly seems last minute. I wasn't sure at the time how easy or difficult it would be to use GRAB, but we ended up booking a GRAB easily (go downstairs to the Basement level) and had a taxi within 5 minutes. DO NOT USE MOZIO. JUST DOWNLOAD GRAB AND TAKE A GRAB TAXI. Same price and way less hassle.”

“We had a car booked in Hong Kong From Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan to the airport. We followed the instructions given to us and were waiting at the Hotel entrance at the time stated. The car didn't turn up and after several inaudible phone calls we had to get a local taxi to the airport as time was running out for our flight. It turned out the car had gone to the wrong Hotel Ease as there is 3 in Hong Kong. It took nearly 2 weeks to get a refund, and no compensation for the messing about and stress we suffered because we didn't have a receipt for the local taxi ! I'd stay well clear of this company as you can't take the risk of being late for your flight.”

“バンコクに30分ほど早く着きましたが、出口では既に待ってくれていました。しかし、空港内で両替したりよやくしていたwi-fiサービスを受け取らなければいけないことを伝えると更に30分ほど待ってくれていました。車は混載でしたがたまたま一人で、水のペットボトルが置かれていて私のために用意してくれたのか確認するとそうだと言ってくれたので、空港内を走り回ったあとで喉が渇いていたのでとても嬉しかったです。”

“drivers were helpful and pleasant. the first pick up was delayed due to traffic, but the driver calked to give new ETA, at which he arrived. the return was on time and both were very efficient. I would both recommend and use again if returning to Prague.”

“I expected the trip to be lengthier than it was, as the service said "multiple passenger pickup"; which explains the cheaper price for the shuttle service. When the driver arrived, early, the van was empty and he informed me that I was his only passenger for the evening. So I arrived at SFO much earlier than anticipated and that's a good thing considering TSA, et al. Better early than late, for sure!”

“Mozio service was excellent. The driver came on time and was very pleasant. When we arrived to Moscow he was waiting in the airport with our name written on a big sign and took our suitcases to the car. On the way back he picked us up from our hotel on time and drove nicely to the airport.”

“Very good transfer from Pisa airport til Firenze. Easy to pay and a to order at the homepage travellink. (Look for Autostradale). A good bus with aircondition and wi-fi.We had a nice and quick trip. I will use this again next time I have ti go to Firenze.”

“The driver was excellent, but since we were the first customers picked up, it took over an hour to actually complete pick up before heading to the airport. The last customers picked up had excessive, and over large baggage that the driver made ever effort to accommodate. However perhaps the web-bookings need to be clearer so that passengers do not place the driver in the position of handling it, (was now on top of all other baggage) or potentially leaving it behind.”

“The driver arrived a bit early and waited patiently when one passenger arrived two minutes late. He drove carefully and helped with the luggage. He was respectful, as well. The price was reasonable and we arrived in a timely fashion at the airport.”
