“I booked my trip with Mozio choosing the recommended provider Boston Coach with a trip amount of $88 but couple days after the trip I received a bill for $733 more than 6X the original price. Mozio refused to help address the issue, I have had to call both BostonCoach and Mozio and have spent hours of my time to only get $250 in credits. Horrible service, will never use again!”

“They cancelled my ride back to the airport on 8/4. They said there were no vans and no drivers. Why book it if you don't have enough vans or enough drivers?”

“All perfectly. There was a flight delay of 4 hours. But the company tracked the status of the flight and the driver met us upon arrival. Все отлично. Была задержка рейса на 4 часа. Но комппния отслеживала статус рейса и водитель нас встретил по прилету.”

“It was my first time booking a vehicle through Mozio and nervous as I was leading a group of students from US to China. Then we were delayed 2 times and a call to the company reassured me the driver would be tracking the flight. We didn't arrive for pickup until 3am. But, the bus driver was waiting. Such a relief! Friendly, courteous, kind, and reliable!”
